Oh there's nothing ya can do about that.

Just slap a bunch of potatoes in your seed maker until you have as many seeds as you desire.

Then wait until spring.

my field is too big to till, water, fertlize and plant in 1 day

so if I can fill it with inter seeds for winter to spring transition, I will only have to fertlzie and plant

Id say just place 1 fall seed next to each sprinkler, you'll have to re-till and water some of the tiles, but most will already be tilled and watered
