You use the nonbuffing food to heal so it doesn't erase your buffs. Go on a high luck day. Just bomb your way down looking for shafts, run from monsters as best you can. If you don't have ||galaxy sword|| buy flame katana. You can also use staircases, can ||trade jade at the desert||
