Beach is amazing, people say its bad cause you can only use sprinklers on the 20x10 plot of land but that's more then enough with greenhouse, you only need to handwater spring y1 and can have that plot ready for summer y1. You are handwatering on other maps in that time anyway so no real difference there

As for tips rush both your axes so you can clear that area

Beach looks amazing, has a ton of space and great fishing
