With fishing levels rising, so does your bar!

Also, after you fish for a while, you get the hang of it and it becomes much easier

The green bar gets bigger as you level up fishing. Training rod sets it at level 5, making is wayyy easier to get those first few levels. But it only catches basic fish so replace it at level 3 or 4
