Looks like I have a weird glitch with legendary fish. If I catch one that's supposed to be a one per save file, every other one I catch in that spot at that time comes up the legendary fish. It happened with the pufferchick and now it's happened with the crimsonfish.

technically you can create a mods folder and make smapi open that one but it is more comolicated then using the already smapi created one and you need to copy the 3 essenital mods onto the new created folders any way so you need to open the smapi created one, one way or the other

Generic Mod Config Menu (or GMCM https://www.nexusmods.com/stardewvalley/mods/5098) adds the option to edit some, but not all, mod configs from either the title screen or the options page in a save. It also has a special screen to edit keybinds for all mods with GMCM integration.

The presence of the gear it adds to the title screen is not a method for checking whether mods are installed, only whether GMCM is installed.

Hello everyone, I installed the game from steam and downloaded only 38 mods so far. At some point the game started having problems like: going back to the start screen as soon as I clicked on my farm, like that over and over again which prevented me from playing.
Sometimes it did work but after I played a whole day and went to sleep in the game the screen went black and I had no choice but to close the game and everything I played was not saved. That's definitely NOT the right folder then. Delete the Stardew Valley Expanded folder, then re-unzip the SVE file from Nexus

Technically, you can just delete or replace that folder if you're not intending on using the multiyield feature. Since you had that mod missing, I assume you didn't need it. You can also just add a dot in front of the folder's name so SMAPI will ignore it:

Stab in the dark: could it be a previously undiscovered incompatibility with destroyable bushes, better hay/mixed seeds, fruit tree tweaks, or one of the other mods you have that changes grass/trees/crops? Disclaimer: I use no clip mode instead, so I haven't played with this one.

Well removing them doesn't fix it. Which is weird cause it says on the mod page it says it doesn't alter any other crop behavior, properties, nor how they interact with other characters. So I don't know what could be causing it. I'll just use No Clip I guess.

I'm sorry, I don't usually play with a lot of your mods and am not sure what it could be. You may want to bump it again when you see a regular troubleshooter in the channel! In the meantime, you could try disabling mods that change the coop or coop animals one at a time and see if that fixes it. It would also be good to be able to tell whoever comes later if it happens when Ludwig moves around, or if he ever moves.
