4. Custom Music has an unofficial update linked here: https://smapi.io/mods/#Custom_Music (4th zip file on forum post) If you're having issues with music starting to play and then stopping, try this update.

Unfortunately, both of them occasionally have issues with Stardew Valley mods, including but not limited to deleting files, mangling configs, and causing opaque errors. You can still use them, but if you run into issues and ask for help troubleshooting, the first piece of advice you’ll get is to stop using the mod manager, because it may obscure the real issue or be the cause of your issue.
