there is sunscreen and aloe vera i think to make it so i think there might be a new status about the sun where you need sun screen so maybe a new part in the game where it's designed ad like a desert that can have Buttes yes it's a thing in a desert they are taller than they are wide and are similar to mesas or maybe Inselburgs, or like canyons
but doesn't necessary means desert like structures maybe places that have high uvthe dynamite makes me think of like mines/mineshafts so it can be like a mine that's in a large mountain desert biome
maybe there's 2 way to go pass this is either one go in the mineshaft but has to deal with dynamite or going outside and climb that way where you have to deal with the sun and have sunscreen.

and the sticks and stones maybe can be use to make a campfire wherever you can and they mght have and item like matchsticks

and the fruit called I think is called prickleberry or something similar so it might be grown on the cacti around the enviroment

Ok so, there's new items that can't naturally spawn but you can spawn them with mods or what not

there's balloons, dynamite, parasol, megaphone, sticks and stones, cactus ball, bounce fungus, sunscreen, aloe vera, prickleberry, warp compass, and i think some more stuff

dynamite only spawns lighted so it takes only one mistake to get a lot of damage and if you throw it pretty good you'll stil get damage and a large black smoke cloud

the parasol make sure you get no fall damage no matter what height with a slow fall but you can't climb with it equipped and takes a lot of momentum but wont break but the balloons do the opposite you can climb and you have i think same momentum but you take fall damage but with a slow fall is you get 3 you float up but they do pop at a certain time if you float up to fast all the balloons with pop with maybe just one, warp compass is really useful if you have just 2 more people if it's 4 50/50 chance for the person you used it on but it you hold it and tp someone when only 3 people is in game there's 100% chance of them tping to other person, bounce fungus will launch you where if you have less stamina where you couldn't make at first this mushroom can make sure you can and if you jump at the same time the mushroom launches you up you get a little higher and if you ragdoll/act dead it will send you fly and when rag dolled the balloons nor the parasol will work,
both prickleberries wont poison you i think for now, aloe vera can heal fire damage.
i do believe they might add a desert based part to use the sunscreen and be adding a new affliction where you get uv damage for being out in the sun for too long, dynamite will kill you if to close and will launch you pretty far.

I also do believe they will add other color varients just they chose red for now to test and fixed if bugged

beta patches usually roll out a day or two before an update, basically just look at #⚙️beta-patch-notes and that's what they add, it's not a lot of difference since you'll be seeing the things that were in beta like a day after, and in more stable form

it's mainly to playtest new items and tweaks to the game's mechanics that may be broken or unstable, a way for the small studio to get a lot of feedback for things they may have missed since it's much more large scale testing

please, as more biomes are added, add functionality so we can select a certain number of biomes to clear depending on how long we want the run to potentially be

I think for a blind run, 3 biomes is the sweet spot, after that you're looking at 1-2 hour runs which is abnormally long for any single game that cannot be paused

this brings me to my next point: please add the ability to pause the game, I don't understand how this isn't already in the game 🤔 I love the game, but being forced to either play a full run or nothing feels pretty bad
