speedrun isnt super hard, id recommend running the days map atleast once to get used to it a bit and then if u get a little lucky with items it should be fairly easy to get there under an hr. id recommend going for it solo cuz when you play with others it usually takes a lot longer even if theyre good at the game

I think Vulcan is more client sided (picks up items faster), but has internet flaws and issues with internet connections and commonly disconnects you because of the photon error.
while Dx12 is more server and graphics related, sometimes good graphics (like in the Caldera), sometimes absolute trash (like in the lobby where absolutely nothing loads), also items pick up with a delay but at least it doesn't disconnect you from a photon error that much.

a tip I can give is to not rush. I've seen people rush af and die because of that. if you are playing on tenderfoot just go carefully, and if you play on the normal difficulty then just don't rush. the fog barely ever catches up unless you are afk

Either I'm crazy, or the exit boulder block is always shaped the same way. The terrain around it varies though.
I only say this because I clip into it the same way in roughly the same spot and only have more trouble if there's a hill going down too close to the right side
