I'm going through outfits now, @proud cobalt the outfit names with space are something we have to add manually right? As in-game they are defined without one. I guess redirects should be made for these? Especially as some are without space and some are with _
I think the outfit is the actual outfit ID/name as shown in the game? If, so I think it should go under the technical?

- Go through each of the item, probably manually to verify all the minor stuff (galleries, missing 3D models, rotten/cooked food and order etc.) β most are not so straightforward to bot too

No i made them. Default spawn chances are a percentage. Other spawn chances are not a percentage

Its been a month, but I recently realized that Radio Vans use Ham Radios instead of the usual ones, so I guess it could be good for multiplayer comms?

when a zombie dies its clothing items are transferred to the corpse, but all other loot isn't actually generated until a player enters looting range
the outfit name is stored on the zombie and then corpse at all times for that purpose

I know that house keys aren't, but by how there is always only one zed with a unique car key, it feels like a predetermined thing
they could possibly be a special case, i haven't seen how that's done
a zombie does have an inventory that is transferred to its corpse when it dies, but in vanilla there usually isn't anything in there

Some pages can have more non-standard sections, for these, it's best to consult the appropriate boilerplate and compare it with similar pages.
Just concerned about going too specific in the style guide. It starts with locations then expands to vehicles, template documentation, modding, etc. Then it becomes too unwieldly.
The only thing close to an airport or airfield in this game is the dragstrip, an old airfield repurposed for drag racing

Isn't lipstick a common drop on lady zombies? Idk I never paid much attention to cosmetic products in this game
it is, that's why. The red links e.g. on Jackie's page (see https://pzwiki.net/wiki/Special:WhatLinksHere/MakeUp_LipsRed for example, there are more similar ones), are for the actual makeup that is applied on a zombie
As in, if you kill a zombie with it, you won't get it back, but it's nice to know the zombies spawns with it applied.
There's a also a niche case for zombie damage at https://pzwiki.net/wiki/Zed_Test though this specific one is a debug outfit and the actual zombie damage I think it's different. Similarily I did list (commented out) a ZedDmg body location in https://pzwiki.net/w/index.php?title=Clothing&action=edit

I think the best option would be to alter how it outputs in the code. Change it to link to appearance and say something like "Red lipstick makeup" or something. Because technically makeup is just a clothing item in PZ disguised

I went in game with a mod that let me pick outfits in the chracter creator, then i used a mod that made the preview window bigger. Took a screenshot for every outfit, then used a python script to crop to the exact window size for each, then used a batch process in photoshop to remove the background of each
I was more so referring to how each outfit seems to be in the exact same, specific part of the walking animation

I was going to paste my research on opening cans without a can opener, but there doesn't seem to be a general "canned food" page that it could go on. Just in case it's useful anyway, though, with the disclaimer that this is B42 content:
So, for opening a can with a knife/stone:
- 3 base chance to hurt yourself.
- Lucky removes 2, otherwise unlucky adds 2.
- Dextrous removes 2, otherwise clumsy adds 2 (surprisingly all thumbs doesn't, though?)
- This means that if you have dextrous it cancels out the clumsy modifier. Nice!
- Short Blades skill > 5 removes 2 chance, otherwise Short Blades skill > 3 removes 1, otherwise if your skill is less than 1 it adds 1 chance.
- If your cooking skill is > 5, it removes 2, otherwise Cooking > 3 removes 1, otherwise if < 1 it adds 1.
- Roll a D20 if your wound chance is > 0, otherwise roll a D30.
- If you roll your wound chance or below on the die, you take damage from the item you're using.
- If the item you're using isn't usable as a weapon, you take damage from a kitchen knife.
- It always hurts your left hand.
This means that the highest chance to hurt yourself is 9/20, if you're unlucky, clumsy, and unskilled at both cooking and short blades. The lowest chance is 1/30.

There's no written 'policy' for it, but people are free to update the wiki to build 42, just need to make sure you change the page version template at the top of the page {{Page version|42.0.0|2=xxx}}. This will notify readers that it's been updated to an unstable version, and provide a link to the b41 revision of the page.
Since there was only 1 can opener in b41 any mechanics were exclusively on that can opener item page. So it may be worth looking at creating a page for can opening

i don't know about total population but the difference is a lot less binary than 'towns vs rural'
housing in particular tends to have a lot less zombies now
The "normal" population setting is also 0.65
and the improvements to stealth do allow you to pick fights much more than you can in b41
It was a much bigger shift from b40 to b41. It was so easy to take out an entire horde with just a kitchen knife. I think we'll just get used to it or turn it off

Not sure what's happening with this CamoTree business. It seems every icon ending in CamoGreen is CamoTree in the scripts. I thought maybe there was a replace all incident, but the icons work fine in-game.
I might just add a check for the CamoTree suffix and change it to CamoGreen, at least for now

I sadly can't locate it anymore. They had a version of the game with RingoD's old map mod in.
Most of the obscure versions came from the popular Polish dropbox-like website, though files over 50 MB are behind a paywall lol. I think I managed to get all of the files from there though
but yeah, the ones from there often had questionable installer, which behaved borderlike trojan-like β the 0.1.2a I had to install on the virtual machine to extract the files (no other archiver worked), but then it actually carried the game.

I haven't looked into it too much, but in the debug menu there's a menu for looking up scripts then I think another for crafting recipes. Try there?
Otherwise you can look in the scripts folder and search for the item id of the item you're looking for.
Crafting is something that will take some time on the wiki as we don't yet have a way of automating it
