I'm actually on that Traxus quest now....kind of nervous to do it. The where you have to get the landing point from the terminal near South Relay and then go kill him.

to reiterate this sentiment in perhaps a more constructive manner, I too have been having some weird performance issues in this game that others do not share. Fps is always sitting around 50 no matter what settings I'm on but GPU/CPU utilisation is rarely above even 40%. I've seen some other similar reports online but no effective solutions so far. Seems like the type of thing we'll hopefully get a patch for

They did acknowledge the performance issue on higher end machines, and stated their focus at launch was performance on lower end. So I'm guess the big mid-season patch we'll see some higher end performance updates.

Thanks, that makes sense considering I've seen two people now with 1660s saying performance for them is fine yet for reports of people playing on 50 series gpus (including myself) there have been weird underutilisation issues

That's exactly what is causing most of performance issues, low cpu and/or gpu utilization. While it mostly affects higher end rigs, from what I can gather there seems to be a wide variery of configurations with seemingly no correlation whatsoever. People with almost identical builds can have wildly different numbers in game. It's some serious spaghetti, so I'm not shocked in the slightest that it's taking a while to tackle

i went to Outpost to complete an Arachne contract and i brought with me some preem consumables and weapons and then i got caught with my pants down looting a box - didn’t even hear the guy walking

if my loadout had less in it i think i would’ve survived (the copium is strong)

I feel like some sounds are bugged on Outpost. Was watching Shroud and he got snuck up on by someone not making footstep sounds as well. Granted he still won the fight...because...Shroud....but yeah.
