I'm not sure if melee stat goes over 100. If stats are capped out at 100 it will be redundant, since we'll get +60 from Arachne upgrades, and shells base melee damage is average of 5. 15 for destroyer and 10 for assassin. So all Arachne melee upgrades and one good implant like knife fight v2 or v3 will be enough to max it out.

On optimization? Yeah, I tested it on my dreadnought laptop (1060 with an I7 7th gen) and It did good at 60fps on 1080p on low, on the other pc well, I wasn't really surprised by the result but even at 4k it ran at like 200 fps

You need to figure out what each contract is asking you to do, solve the challenge, and then do /contract and insert the UUID code that each contract awards you. You can check your DAC by doing /dac. Once you solve each, yo do /acquire /signal or other commands to get the UUID and then, type /contract to insert it into the system and be rewarded
