Explanation of snapshotting

I think Cev has mentioned this for some time. He pretty much had been running Nadjia everywhere. Either one is fine though, but sims are definitely forcing Haste tea and also default to full Soothing Shade uptime. Even then, they sim pretty close and it's pretty close to 50/50 once you account for those factors.

So it's easy enough to just not fuss with Theotar tbh
