If you play assassination a bit, I’d recommend dashing as it’s our best legendary with frost shards.
And quite a bit of crit

Of course not, you'll just have to follow your sims when gearing yourself.
It's likely that if I get a Sylvanas ring, that the belt will pull ahead slightly.
But currently the belt is a worse alternative than the Soulrender belt.
