Flag gives you hella haste so that's probably why your sims are making you lean more toward crit, im running 27%haste rn and 34% crit, 12% verse and fuck knows the mastery, If your really struggling for energy regen you could trying running ct and the extra energy from the added bleed might help you smooth things out
But once you hit high 20s with haste crit and verse are normally better in my experience

For the nine put your bleeds up at the same time and your envenom should only drop for a second when you reapply them. You get so much more energy back on multi with dashing that it's pretty easy to keep envenom up
