For your consideration @balmy condor when you re-run with the Bron changes, the Emeni Conduits aren't using Maim, Mangle like the Bonesmith ones. And it also looks like some talent swapping is better for Emeni too.

if blizzard wants there to be choice in legendaries then they will nerf

Well if the Bonesmith ones are running with Maim, Mangle with only 2x Potency, the other ones weren't running Maim, Mangle with 3x Potency which didn't seem to make sense to me
