Final Sepsis Roundup
We've reached the end of the journey :peepoHappy: I want to make a final post rounding up all the changes, a super TLDR of the build, and provide some sims. Thank you all for your patience over the last couple days as I was hammering this out, I enjoyed sharing the process with you guys in here and my stream 🙂

TLDR Sepsis Quickstart Guide:
Do not Vanish in your opener, hold for the second half of your 2min deathmark
If you have 1 charge of shiv, on cooldown
If you have 2 charges of shiv, spend charges for sepsis/deathmark, or if you're going to cap
Sepsis on cooldown, deathmark on cooldown, EXSANG EVERY 4 MIN BEFORE DEATHMARK
Always garrote from sepsis. The first sepsis garrote should be used pretty much immediately to buff your garrote. Hold the second charge as long as possible to extend the effect
Do not pandemic refresh exsanguinate garrotes, or sepsis/vanish garrotes with normal garrotes.
Your 1:30 sepsis will bleed some garrote timing into your 2min deathmark. This is normal. Use vanish to extend the garrote through the duration of deathmark.

1. what's the math on purse vs destiny in the fatebound tree? it was like the one choice you didnt mention in ur vid.

2. do you think multidotting on the dragon boss while dropping implacable is a bad idea? Half way through normal tonight I got bored so I would refresh DoTs, then build to full, then shadow step and multidot and stay on the boss I swapped to until implacable dropped and repeated. it was kind of fun but idk if it's actually good to do.

Just a heads up, with this trinket getting fixed in sims, simc is defaulting you to having all the roleplay based upgrades. To upgrade the trinket, you have to go to the Quartermaster, and do the weekly quest to get a currency item which allows you to interact with a forge to spend points on a talent tree. You also get a currency item from doing the singularity event. The first 4 points highlighted here provide buffs while inside the Voidspire.

you just have to survive the times between dances
