There’s two answers to this, what uber said, and the other is you can’t macro buttons in the gcd together

So you have to cast sequence to do what uber says.
Otherwise things like tea, which are not on the gcd can be macrod into other abilities

And they happen at the same time, as long as they are not on the gcd
