You should be spending 2 ambushes to build to a rupture in dance. Typical dance window will be KB- > Gar -> Env -> amb -> amb -> Rupture

the exact order may shift around depending on starting CP or seal fate cp, but you should be able to get a snapped normal CP rupture in without too much trouble

baseline energy generation is 1 more for 10%, so at 10% energy you get 11 instead of 10 each second (wich means.....60 energy in 1 min....... thats 1x mutilate lol)

and also a very small increase cus of more bleed ticks and attacks trought dashing

but both of those things are such a very small impact, it doesnt change anything

its not that 4% haste vs 20% haste means "i have no energy" vs "i have endless energy"

SnD is given by Envenom, not mutilate. But, yes, you do Garrote -> SnD -> Ambush. You will be envenoming shortly after which will extend SnD, and then you literally don't press SnD again for the rest of the fight unless there's long downtime because envenom just keeps it up 100%.
