Why does everybody use Kingsbane before Shiv, while Shiv increases nature damages and that I can get the Shiv buff during the entire Kangsbane effect with the 2 stacks.

the problem is it seems its impossible to guarantee 418 unless you use an illustrious insight or some weird bug/interaction occurs in where it just grants a specific number of skill and crafts - depends with specific tiers of mats and what you used initially to craft + recraft

they didnt want to make it so that everyone could just slam 418 gear with skill they wanted to make it harder to get that gear but by doing that they made everything a fucking gamble lol
