If this is true then why was outlaw worse in aoe than sub all of last season in mythic+? Why is outlaw aoe in pvp been terrible this whole expansion? You talk as if blade flurry is really strong....it hasn't been. This is the first time outlaw aoe even felt worth pressing this whole expansion.
This also isn't true. Not every spec scales the same with stats. Outlaw has really poor scaling on its secondaries. This is a known fact. There's a reason why vers is outlaw's best stat in pve.

If you like sun or assasin, you can easily switch between the two since they both require ver/mast
Outlaw on the other hand is starting to gear for verse/crit (from what I heard in this disc) so if you did choose outlaw, you would kinda be struggling gearing for the other two specs
