the idea that i think you're referencing isnt attacking with movement, but approaching with movement - a lot of lower level players naturally attack in neutral without a great idea of why, just hoping they will hit them. the idea of approaching with movement is that you use everything but attacks to move close to your opponent pressuring them into a bad reaction (missed attack, wasted dodge, bad movement, etc) or getting close enough to guarantee a hit

first way is more inconsistent than the second

dlight > jump > cd > nair

if the dlight is gc-ed (gravity cancelled), you do not need to jump
the cd (chase dodge) is horizontal
this is a true combo on any dexterity

second and better way to dlight nair is the buffer version

dlight > buffer cd > nair

you buffer the cd by jumping in the first few frames of the cd emitting
the timing for this is very percise and will take a lot of practice

start with the person/bot very close, jump, hold down and the opposite direction you dlight'ed, light attack
