What should I be thinking about during a game im worried im overthinking some games and going on auto pilot in others what's the middle ground. I also belive that my mechanics are perfect for sword and bow I knwo all the inputs and never miss them plus my movement is not mastered but pretty damn close so it's all mentall for me not raging and not forgetting to think.

gc dlight > sair is also like 100% consistent, good to keep in mind

the way i see it, you've got advice from two mid-diamonds who have been in the same situation you've been in when they were learning the game and got through it, just take the advice and try and use it instead of disputing every part of the game you have a problem with since most of your problems are typical for a newer player, and go away once you improve

try to utilize the dodge, alot of scythe players will try to read when you will dodge and get a extra hit that might turn into even more hits. if you can read, when they are going to read you can get out of a combo by dodging. with gauntlets. alot of silver players are going to do a side light neutral light side air, when you see them going for the side light, dodge out to a diferent way. also, if you watch videos/learn scythe and gauntlets, it will be easier to counter once you know how to use the weapons

ensure your aimup and jump buttons are separated to follow this guide effectively

first way is more inconsistent than the second

dlight > jump > cd > nair

if the dlight is gc-ed (gravity cancelled), you do not need to jump
the cd (chase dodge) is horizontal
this is a true combo on any dexterity

second and better way to dlight nair is the buffer version

dlight > buffer cd > nair

you buffer the cd by jumping in the first few frames of the cd emitting
the timing for this is very percise and will take a lot of practice

and only ffa has boosts for 1st and 2nd places

also if you get too much xp too fast your xp gain is reduced
