ensure your aimup and jump buttons are separated to follow this guide effectively

first way is more inconsistent than the second

dlight > jump > cd > nair

if the dlight is gc-ed (gravity cancelled), you do not need to jump
the cd (chase dodge) is horizontal
this is a true combo on any dexterity

second and better way to dlight nair is the buffer version

dlight > buffer cd > nair

you buffer the cd by jumping in the first few frames of the cd emitting
the timing for this is very percise and will take a lot of practice

actively think about what dodge you've been doing and what they expect to do, dodging a different way every time

think about the dodges before you get hit, not as you get hit

as u get better at least for me it became kinda subconscious how random they are, atleast never dodging the same way twice is definitely

ensure your aimup and jump buttons are separated to follow this guide effectively

first way is more inconsistent than the second

dlight > jump > cd > nair

if the dlight is gc-ed (gravity cancelled), you do not need to jump
the cd (chase dodge) is horizontal
this is a true combo on any dexterity

second and better way to dlight nair is the buffer version

dlight > buffer cd > nair

you buffer the cd by jumping in the first few frames of the cd emitting
the timing for this is very percise and will take a lot of practice

defence stance isn't worth it, me and the only other higher ranked lin fei player think attack is the best, but 9 dex is viable this patch too, but it needs more testing to know if its better than attack. her dex lets you cover your misses pretty well and you can zoom kinda safely on cannon.

slight > dash/dair > nsig is unjumpable, if they have no dodge this is your kill confirm on katars, this is her best sig imo (when used right)
slight > dash > ssig is really really good for killing on the sides of maps
dsig is really good especially on crystal temple/demon island/maps with little walls and if you miss you can cover yourself with nair as you fall
dair > nlight is true this patch on 9 dex and nlight > dlight is kinda unjumpable on 9 dex as well, im not too big on it tho

if you miss nsig you can sair/gp/nair to cover your miss its busted, it also hits above and behind you and works well out of dlight/slight, no risk spamming it when they're above you
dsig is good on the edge on the same maps for katar dsig and if you miss you can cover yourself with nlight
ssig is kinda bad but you can use it in the middle of the stage and you'll fall of the stage making it basically impossible to punish if they're onstage, also some ppl just dont know the range, can be used to get back to stage horizontally but if they're ready they'll prolly just punish you
