depends on the health but u really wanna out of sair read, if they're lower health you'll have more success using slight > dlight since its easier to follow up from.
if they have no dodge when you slight you can slight > cd > nair > jump > sair as a little optimisation and its inescapable

you can usually tell what they're going to do based off their movement and positioning, if they side sig you can jump over it and dair, and read from there. if they nsig nair is good. honestly just give them space and be ready to punish when they do miss

its probably your habits holding u back, the bad ones. i would try proactively thinking about what your opponent is going as you play and if you get destroyed, go back and watch the replay, so you know why, then you can work on fixing that. finding smth that works against the plats u play against is good too, abuse it till it stops working

cannon; xull dsig is really good on the edge, no silver player is gonna punish it, if you do miss it you can cover with nlight, its also good with just once burst since its fast. nsig is also really good, if they're dodging up out of slight it will catch, you can let go of the sig early and it wont put the trap on the ground, making it so if you miss you have less of a chance of getting punished, tho sometimes its good to just leave it out and hope they run/sig into it, i can see silver players doing that lol. make sure to use dlight nair on cannon to kill and dlight dair to read out of.
axe; dsig is surprisingly safe and actually really fast, if you dash into it they're not gonna be ready for it, if you miss its fine, if they punish you head on you can nlight/dlight. nsig is also really good and combos out of slight if they dont know how to dodge, hard to punish if they miss. learn slight > nair > jump > gp as silvers dont know how to get away from the gp.

Starting from Pro Series streams (in July) the last esports colours of any given tracks rewards will be the red version.

Starting from BCX 2021 (end of this year) the blue esports colours will be phased out and the red one will be the more common colour, this does NOT mean blue will be gone forever; it will still be on the reward tracks but only as the final reward (slight presumption, devs said it will be "rare") for the 2022 streams.

Until 2022 you will still be earning mostly blue esports colours, after that red esports colours will be the majority of rewards.

I think the playstyles thing can come with playing more ranked, you don't really get the same experience from exp imo. for matchups, i agree that objectively some weapons are harder to play against others, but i really don't think they matter, the better player will win. one of the biggest things you need to know is that everyone chokes getting to diamond, its basically a part of getting it at this point, shit, i ended a season on 1999 peak before i got it. understand that every time you choke it you're getting closer to getting it, my friend recently finally hit it last season after being in that situation like 3 times. learn combos/abuse on your character that you can abuse against lesser players, dont overuse it against better players, it will give you the edge having "cheese" ways to win, imo

dlight > jump > cd > nair

if the dlight is gc-ed (gravity cancelled), you do not need to jump
the cd (chase dodge) is horizontal
this is a true combo on any dexterity

second way to dlight nair is the buffer version

dlight > buffer cd > nair

you buffer the cd by jumping in the first few frames of the cd emitting, the timing for this is incredibly precise and will take practice as it is a frame perfect combo

switch a server and switch back. that often helps stabilize it

I reinstalled brawlhalla, I switched to differnt servers and still the same issues

well, the server switch helps for at max 3 games
