But i dont really notice much different between those 3, also use both ember and vector dsig less, i see you using them even tho im not even close, vector lance ssig has insane range, ember bow nsig is very fast and huge hitbox, just use the better sigs more ig is what im trying to say

i say this a lot and sure its my opinion, but jiro is totally viable, as is every other character, its not about who you play its about how you play them. play the character that you find the most fun on and believe in them, i dont think switching will help you if you switch to someone you don't like (but is considered good by pros). the game is extremely balanced to the point where character pick means so much less than other games.
shit i went 50-0 last season on jiro just to prove this point to my friend, and i play jiros stats (with defence stance) on my main anyway and im doing fine

literally all i did with jiro till like mid plat was slight > wait for them to dodge badly > dodge punish lol, but my neutral was a lot better since im more experienced. really all i was doing was punishing bad habits tho, dodges, offstage stuff like how they recover, bad spacing, fast falling after being hit upwards, etc.

I found stuff that works on jiro too that i could abuse against these players too, thats one of the things about playing an underplayed/"bad" character thats good for you - people wont be ready for gimmicks:
dsig on the side of the stage while they're on the wall and using nlight to cover the miss of it, dlight nsig on sword (im not that good at getting it true, but it was rarely dodged), scythe dsig on the edge and out of sair (after sair > nair > sair), slight dash nsig on scythe sometimes and making the most of the nair > sair > repeat combo being lower frames and sometimes true on him

1. Snipe for Slight Nair, try to pull that onto a string and get in recovery or even gc signature
2. Whenever you are stacked, just do dlight, and then an nlight since dlight nlight is a nice string. 
3. Since it's artemis we are talking about, try to use Side Sig when you know the opponent is going to rush at you, dsig is for edge guards and nsig is a spot dodge read after slight

On Air : your primary tool is dair, since you can weave a nice string with dair and follow the ground tips above, and your primary ko move is sair, you can spam sairs if you know your opponent is going to jump a lot.

Nair is by far the best move on lance, its 360 hitbox is what makes it scary, use nairs during neutral game if your opponent is floaty

alright, I will just tell you based on my experience against bow players

Bow

Ground :
Dlight is in fact your best option whenever your opponent is dashing back and forth a lot
If they are rushing towards you, then go for an slight and weave it into a string, learn all the reads after bow slight so you can do dlight and then nair sair, whatev

Dlight into recovery is the best KO Option on bow, Use nlights during neutral game if the opponent is floaty, but it's a hard read to convert nlight into a decent string.

Air : 
Nair is my most favorite move on bow and I feel it's the best aerial move on bow, you can juggle well with nairs, you can spam nairs and go unpunished by less experienced users
Sair is usually used after dlight which sends them offstage, bow sair isn't the best move on its kit, but snipe sairs whenever you can, it has good potential

I feel orb and bow dairs are the best in the game when it comes to dairs since its edge guard potential is unmatched, if you want to use dair on stage, you can always get in sair since golds and some plats (i'm assuming you are gold/plat) don't dodge and get caught easily by sair. Spam Dairs at edge

If you want tips on sigs, you need to specify the legend
