if you don't have any refunds left (you only get 3 ever) you cannot refund anything
if you have bought a dlc and have not spent the mammoth coins, you can refund those through the platform you bought it on
if you have bought a dlc and have spent the mammoth coins, you cannot refund it as you will lost access to all your cosmetics if you do so

When i see my elo in the clan and my progress is says 0 and even my elo is 0 but its not 0 when i open my acount in corehalla is says clanless and when i open the ps i see that i am also clanless but in my ps linked acount in steam it shows the clan . Okay so I played on Ubisoft first and moved over to steam. Idk if you know how their cross progression system works but I have to sign in to Ubisoft every 30 days on brawlhalla. I still bought bundles and whatever on Ubisoft and steam but my last purchase was in 2024 I believe and I’ve never had a problem signing into Ubisoft even after all this time. A few months back I try to go on Ubisoft because the 30 days had reset on my steam but I can’t connect to servers so I’m trying to figure out if they straight up banned me for nothing or if this is just some issue. i'm guessing there is nothing in there so you have some options

to actually set your fps, you use -setfps number where number is the fps you want, normally people set number to their monitor hz
if you want an fps count that goes above your monitor hz you need to disable vsync by adding the -triplebuffer launch option. but for this to work you need to make sure that you disable vsync in external graphcs programs like nvidia
