When doing cross progression which one do I put the account on I’m fried ngl and idk which means which but uh current platform account and active platform account which one do I put it on for the account I want to keep

u can do it either with or without doing a buffer jump, the regular way is inconsistent, where u just input a dlight jump and cd forward nair. The buffer version u have to input a dlight buffer a cd in the 6? frame period before ur rec frames are over for dlight, then the first frame ur out of rec frames u input a jump, that way they happen on the same frame, this way u can do dlight nair or dlight rec true grounded consistently

on your pc, you need to star the "current platform" (the one covered in red), because that's your main account
on your switch, you'd have the blue one starred because that would be your pc and is the one you are currently progressing with

Here’s what happened:

I originally linked my Xbox account “successfulmonth” to my Ubisoft account.

Later, I unlinked it and successfully linked my other Xbox account “yckla.” This worked fine at first.

Recently, I unlinked again, but when I tried to relink “yckla,” I kept getting errors. The only option the system gave me was to reconnect “successfulmonth.”

What confuses me more is that when I logged into “yckla” (which at the time showed as unlinked) and opened Brawlhalla, the game clearly told me I did not have a Ubisoft account linked — meaning no cross-progression should have been active on any platform.

Despite this, I still had access to rewards and cosmetics from my Steam account through cross-progression. At the time, my Ubisoft account was still linked to Steam.

After realizing this glitch, I even unlinked Steam from my Ubisoft account — but all of my Steam-based progression and items were still showing on “yckla” even though it displayed as unlinked.

This seems like a clear glitch, since an unlinked Xbox account should not retain access to Steam-based progression and cosmetics, especially when Steam itself was unlinked.

Could you please clarify:

Why this happened — is it a known bug, or is there a restriction on which Xbox accounts can be re-linked?

Whether this will cause any issues in the future(everything seems to be all well as everything is linked to the correct accounts with the corresponding items).

And most importantly, If there is any risk of penalties or false action being taken against my account because of this.
