maybe theres a mod for it but i doubt it, the trail is just like that based on something like knockback or damage (im not really sure which.)

yeah its better for most to run default as long as their pc doesnt have issues with it, the launch options from before it got updated changed a bit & heres the patch notes for that

I use -setfps and -triplebuffer, and thats whats generally used as well (if your monitor hz goes over 60)

So, just to make things clear, to have the same account on both PC and mobile I need to link two accounts (one of my PC, the main one, and the other one of my mobile device) to the SAME Ubisoft account. After that all I need to do is click on 'Set up cross-progression' and then, only after that, I can select the account I want to use, right? So you're basically saying me I can link multiple accounts to my Ubisoft account without getting the first one I linked to it deleted? Please respond me so I'm sure I won't lose the progression I made on my main one (I'm lvl 92 and bought a lot of things and don't want to lose)

everything stays on their respective accounts, nothing is permanent so if you don't like the change or made a mistake you can just undo whatever you selected

hey ive been having an issue with crossprogression,
I had mammoth coins on my second ubisoft connected account (navixian) and like I've switched between my main steam account (navi) and my ubisoft linked account using steam before for playing ranked.
But with this new summer event that's out right now I want to use the mammoth coins on my second account but it doesnt show my mammoth coins, and when i try logging into my ubisoft account using ubisoft it gives me a username ubisoft account (Qt_navi) that's not the account linked to my main steam account.

yes that's normal because the name remains the same, the only thing that changes are the progress intended as levels of battlepass, legends, crossovers, mammoth coins and normal ones (in theory but not for me) and the things you have in your account such as skins, colors, legends

I downloaded and logged into Ubisoft Connect on the Xbox One, and I do now see the username listed under UBISOFT ACCOUNT in Brawlhalla's Cross Progression screen. However, the game is not listed on the Ubisoft online portal. I played an offline tournament and a matchmaking free-for-all, but still don't see it. The "Set up Cross Progression" button is still visible, too. Anyway, that's the best I got.

It says "no bhid" next to the Ubisoft account name, which might mean something. I know you're not a dev, but this seems like the best place to post this stuff.

"We just tested the sequence to make sure it's not broken and everything seems fine. try greatsword its really good for learning dodge reads because that's kinda it whole thing since only got like 1 grounded true combo (slight dlight-bridge which is pretty inconsistent). Plus it teaches you good micro spacing. You will have to watch some guides and practice a lot because the weapon is harder to pick up than others cause of how its designed.

ive been using greatsword for a little and it basically forces you to read your opponent if you actually want to get dmg but its trained me to pay attention to opponent habits so I highly recommend it.

there is generally input delay, the game runs at a base 60 fps & that causes noticeable input delay. you can reduce this on pc by getting a monitor with hz higher than 60, and setting fps to hz in launch options, but i dont think there is a way to do it on mobile (idk if there is but dont believe so).

season is relatively new and lots of players will be in lower elos than they normally would be because of elo depreciation each season. otherwise if you feel like you're getting beaten by certain gimmicks or playstyles, it is a matter of adjusting to them & understanding what their gameplay is taking advantage of. watching replays to notice your mistakes/the way they win interactions is good as it can help you understand how to prevent that in the future

i have an issue that is driving me absolutely insane. ive started losing literally every single match i play by a landslide, (genuinely as if i queue 2200 or above players in every single queue) and the more it happens the bigger the gap is becoming. regardless of what weapons im playing or what legends, i just lose neutral every single time. ive tried passive play ive tried aggressive play, ive tried a mix of the two. i know all the true combos there are on most of the weapons in the game and i know how to punish but i always fail to get any value, no matter how much i pay attention to the way people dodge i seem to guess wrong 9 times out of 10, and ive even finally started watching replays and spending proper time focused explicitly on practicing, including team combos, consistent inputs, spacing, other playstyles, etc, so i am very literally doing everything anyone has told me to try and avoid these issues, and it almost feels as if im just doing a worse job, but i want to believe that might just be down to me facing better players, not that ive become worse than before, but even so i cant even begin to understand how to fix this. ive been 2300 before, ive hit 2200 in 2s this season and was a couple elo off 2100 in 1s this season so far, so this isnt just down to me being a midladder player with a load of bad habits and gaps in game knowledge, (clearly i still have bad habits to fix though, but when i focus on entirely restraining any of those habits it feels like i also am doing worse overall.) i dont want to put it as vaguely as "i feel like i just cant improve anymore what do i do" because thats not even something somebody can answer, but i really feel as though i am using all the advice ive ever heard, better than i ever have in the past, and there is nothing to show for it. there are even more examples i could give but this message already is way too long, i hope someone might be able and willing to help me.

im not a psychologist but ive seen on myself that when i had better mental health (not talking about depression and shit but like if youre stressed or dont have enough sleep your brain is straight up fried), i was playing much better.. You could also js be experiencing a burnout.. do you feel like youre playing brawlhalla js cause u dont wanna play any other games or do you actually wanna play it? taking a break from it helped me alot too, like genuinely.. ik its a small gap but i vividly remember being a hard stuck gold which slowly made me hate the game, i took a ~2 week break and then i randomly got to plat

I second that Alan dude taking a week break or more resets your brain because sometimes when you hardcore game so much your brain becomes super hyperfixated on trying to play a certain way it thinks will avoid losing (but that way is causing you to lose). Coming back fresh clears it in a way and also gets rid of all the mental frusteration which definitely plays a role in your performance. Especially after coming back you'll feel very "free" and often your playstyle will be much more versatile because its not as hyperfocused and affected by negative thoughts. The same situation was with me where I suddenly came back after not playing for so long and just climbed to high plat. That is to say that you should still practice and do all that stuff your doing but when you feel hardstuck like you are right now a break definitely helps.

one thing that also helps is training your brain to responding to loss better by instead of thinking "how did that hit me" and stuff like that correct it and say "I should've done: " x y z which after doing this successfully multiple times your brain will default to that and make it so that you get tilted much less and also learn from your mistakes much easier.

so, i already do consciously point out what mistake i made as well as what i should have been doing instead. currently i dont really have anything i can be doing besides playing brawl unfortunately. so i understand how detoxing can be important but to do that it would also basically require me spending time doing literally nothing and that would drive me insane. the best idea i have to go off to improve is just to find a bunch of players significantly better than me and spar them as much as possible, getting destroyed for a while most likely. its just frustrating when i am doing a list of things wrong that ive already learned how to do right, but im still failing.

best bet is to switch to pc and use controller because there is so much latency on gaming consoles.

plus pc has access to launch options which allows you to set your game to run at a higher fps and disable vsync which HEAVILY help with reducing latency. If that is out of question switching to a smaller and/or higher quality monitor will reduce latency by a decent amount also.

and then theres also stuff like better hdmi cables and playing with your controller wired but I find those don't help as much as the afformentioned above.

imo that would only make you much more frusterated you just gotta trust and if you don't got any other games to play in the time of the break that's an opportune moment to go learn something new or find a hobby. Stuff like that is very therapeutic and would prob be very beneficial to you as a human being in general. That being said it is pretty hard to get off the game but you gotta do it for the love of the game. It will for sure help and sometimes it's just a matter of having the mental strength to make the decision. That however does dwelve deeper into stuff like mental strength and motivation which I'm in no way a master at myself which is to say I think this may also be HIGHLY a mental thing and maybe taking some time to reflect on yourself, mental health, etc outside of just gaming would be helpful. Not making assumptions about you as a person but this is coming from my personal experiences and I think that it's just something I'd put out there as something to consider.

try doing a delayed gravity cancel (neutral dodge then do the gc input before it ends) as good practice until you become consistent enough to do it with no delay. This will help you learn the recovery time of nair on hit so you can time your inputs properly without messing it up.

It probably is a hardware issue ngl but make sure if your on pc go to launch options and put -triplebuffer and -setfps(insert number here with space between ex: -setfps 1000) from there you can set your game to run at a higher fps than what is at your monitors visual limit and have it “respond” faster. This is because triplebuffer disables vsync which originally synced your game display at the rate which your monitor was capped at creating a visual delay between what you input and what is displayed. This should help but having a good monitor on top makes wonders because your monitor still has to display the game and sucky monitors sometimes can’t keep up especially bigger ones (tvs) which is why a decent quality small one will suffice. I suggest along the way you get a better monitor at some point if you really want to optimize but these launch options should help. Also a crappy pc will indeed give crappy gameplay just so you know but I hope the explanations helped.

In a respectful way that’s a skill gap type thing and you just learn to avoid spam over time. Best thing to do is to just study their habits such as moving to the edge of the stage to do a ssig or always using nsig when you’re offstage. You just study opponent habits and respond accordingly with dodges and positioning bait them into doing an sig then punish right after they miss.

your probably right, I have also done all your steps but the problem is still there, I just tried offline play, the latency in the character movement is def better, might indicate that this is a ping issue?, my ping in Middle east is 43ms and about 50ish EU, I noticed that when I for example try to download something in the background and get a spike in ping in the game the latency GETS MUCH MUCH worse for the rest of the game, even though the ping have returned to normal, I will try a bunch of DNSs to try and fix the issue, I will update here if I fixed the issue

it won't improve I know, but if for example I'm choosing a DNS that is has high ping for me then it might make problems with the performance, I had a friend playing gta 5 He had a lot of problem in terms of lag game disconnecting although he had a pretty decent PC, changing the DNS to 1.1.1.1 solved the issue, before he had a weird DNS that I have never seen before, that was causing issues

You have to throw the weapon diagonally at the floor towards your opponent rather than directly at them this makes the weapon not disappear as quick and makes it true as you don’t throw your weapon then d light etc but your weapon throw and dlight hit roughly at the same time. Hope this helped.

You can use shift to dodge if you're already practiced with that or use dash on the right hand if you're not because movement is a lot and all of that on your left hand can be a little too much

Don't use w to jump
Select neutral over side

Any 4 keys in a row you're comfortable with putting your hands on for a long time, Mine is P [ ] \ on the most right side used to to uiop but my hand got tired
I'd suggest using your index for light attack as that's what you'll use the most and it'll be the fastest and middle finger ring finger for heavy and dash if you're not using shift and pinky for weapon pick ups and toss
