xpivoting happens when the game sets a cap on your backwards speed
but there's a "bug" with it, where if you go past the cap, your new velocity is applied in your current facing direction, instead of the direction in which you're moving
which basically shifts your momentum completely

I'm having performance issues with the game. When I launch it the game, it runs fine. But randomly after I finish a game and load into the post-match screen, my game will briefly stutter and then have a permanent performance drop. I will go from having 360fps consistently (what I have it set to on steam) to about half of that, with consistent frame drops, stuttering, etc.
This happens whether or not I have other applications open, and despite me having plenty of CPU/GPU resources available; the game just doesn't use them.

I've already tried setting the game to high priority in my task manager and directory, and I have brawlhalla.exe and brawlhallagame.exe set to maximum performance in my nvidia settings.

strength affects force directly

defense does not affect force directly (damage is applied before force, so there's an effect there, but not a direct one)

IMO, it’s because you’re using a magnetic switch. Try setting up your rapid trigger

you need to charge the throw, then release it while holding back, then quickly hold forward. this all needs to be done as quick as you can.
I can get it pretty consistently on keyboard. never tried on controller/mobile.

this is pretty much exclusively done by bots (probably due to how they were coded to throw)

Not the same category of « skill » I’d say. Ofc the first one is hella useful for a better adaptation of movement and platform ledge cancelling. But the other one doesn’t have quite its utility in game. But suit yourself, if it helps you be more dexterous

Okay so i have a pro 19 and a m2 (both macs) running brawlhalla.
the pro 19 can run it no problem no lag but the m2 has extreme lag like when someone does a laggy move (spear groundpound) it freezes the game for 1 second and the frames are like dragging although both are at 120 fps
