Last night, I bought 2 dlc packs from the ubisoft store for my brawlhalla acc and when I open the game I don't have any of the stuff i'm supposed to be getting from them. What you need to get down first is ledge canceling your down lights. When your legend's feet are close to a soft platform, you can either dash or dlight to snap to that platform. Once you get this down, you should be able to triple dlight easy.

so the ping is to the website, and not to the brawlhalla server
but you've done it correctly

70ms isn't that good. you generally want below that. and you may be having spikes in the middle of matches.
the bars don't do a good job showing your connection strength, so they're not a good indicator.
