Can someone help me with this spaghetti coded game ? I have an i5 13420H, RTX 4050 and 16gb of ddr4 ram and yet this game feels like fps lagging ? its the only game that has problems and im pretty sure that it can be ran on a potato. I've tried all the -setfps -framefix bs and yet this game still manages to dissapoint me. It feels extremely laggy and randomly stutters to 40-30 fps. a very common issue i see with players around 1800-2000 elo is rushing too much to KO, as you described. it can be really tempting to go all out trying to get a KO when your opponent is at high damage, but it is very important to continue to play solidly and only go for a KO when the opportunity is there. with sir roland, your best KO weapon is sword, therefore you should try to build damage with lance so you can swap to sword for the KO. your lance sigs are quite slow, but the sword sigs are fantastic

when it comes to jumping too much, what you should really be keeping in mind is your moveset, stage control, and your opponent's threats. jumping a lot can be beneficial for certain weapons, like katars for nair, and blasters for sair. with lance, it can be very tempting to jump a lot since it allows you to use options like dair, but you should be really careful with moves like that; instead, you should opt to stay grounded, then jump once you want to use an aerial option. being airborne restricts your options by making it more difficult to use grounded options (obviously) and enables easy and strong punishes with moves like spear or axe dlight

there's a certain window within the turnaround in which you can backdash

and pressing down increases that window

red sword - strength - increases damage and force of all attacks

blue shield - defense - decreases damage and force taken

purple man - speed - increases movement speed and acceleration on the ground and in the air

yellow sword - dexterity - reduces recovery time. this one is usually useless.

how do people stay so low to the ground? I play scythe and I want to be able to dlilght in air and nair as well. I have a hard time staying that low. I lose alot of strings cause I cant grip someone with nair using scythe after using a dlight on someone.

most probably a routing issue on your ISP's end
not much you can do but it usually goes away in a week or less
if it doesn't call your ISP and yell at them
you can also try changing your DNS you can look up how to do that on Google it's pretty easy
try cloudflair dns or Google DNS
