Accounts with a negative Mammoth Coin balance are restricted from accessing skins, they are not removed from the account. Usually this means that at some point you tried to purchase a Pack with Mammoth Coins in it and the purchase didn't go through for some reason. Depending on how that happened, sometimes Steam tells us you own the pack for a period of time before removing the pack from your account. When you log in and Steam tells us you own a pack, we grant the rewards from that pack, including Mammoth Coins. After a period of time when Steam tells us you no longer own the Pack, we remove the coins from your account. If you've spent Coins from that pack, your account can go negative. To fix it, you just have to complete a purchase of the Pack that goes through to make up for the negative balance.
We can not remove this restriction manually. As soon as your Mammoth Coin balance is no longer negative, you will once again have access to all your skins.

If you're getting an error related to "easy anti cheat", add the -noeac launch option in Steam -> Brawlhalla -> Settings -> Properties:

1. Right click the game in the library
2. Click properties
3. Go to the general section
4. In the bottom text field, add -noeac

Brawlhalla will now launch with Easy Anti-Cheat disabled.

I have a really annoying bug which makes the game pretty much unplayable. Half of the legends on the menu select screen are invisible on the podium. Anytime in any gamemode that a player is holding battle boots, they go completely invisible on the stage. Almost every character skin/crossover is holding spear with the beardvar sword attached to it in all menu and loading screens. Brawlhalla please fix this

I have evidence of this happening in game if you need to see. Its possible my old xbox might be the problem but i dont see how this has changed so recently as before everything was normal

If you're getting an error related to "easy anti cheat", add the -noeac launch option in Steam -> Brawlhalla -> Settings -> Properties:

1. Right click the game in the library
2. Click properties
3. Go to the general section
4. In the bottom text field, add -noeac

Brawlhalla will now launch with Easy Anti-Cheat disabled.

Please note that you will not be able to play in Ranked or Tournament lobbies when EAC is disabled. As of Patch 6.07, EAC is required for Ranked and Tournament lobbies.

first of all, it is just a game. your abilities in brawlhalla say absolutely nothing about your abilities in the real world. also, don't think you have to achieve a certain skill/elo threshold in a certain number of hours in order to be good. everyone improves at different rates, learns the game differently, and has different experiences within the game and with the community. some players may reach diamond in 100 hours, others may never reach diamond even after thousands of hours, and that's perfectly okay

if you're having trouble improving at brawlhalla, chances are it's not your fault. brawlhalla theory is surprisingly complex, and most people will not be able to properly teach you how to play, even high elo/pro players!

my advice is to experiment with different ways of learning the game. give everything a try; spend a month playing a new legend every day, have a friend who's better than you play against you a ton to give you advice, play heaps of ranked and examine your replays (maybe with a friend or coach) to better understand what went wrong and what you can improve for next time

just remember that the objective of brawlhalla isn't to be the best, it's to have fun. if you ever find yourself getting unreasonably upset/frustrated at the game or yourself, take a break. do something relaxing for a while, then come back with a level head. you can then choose whether to watch your replays and devise a strategy for next time, or you can take a break from the game.

don't worry too much about reaching diamond, instead just look for opportunities to improve your gameplay. or just mess around and have fun

Havent played brawlhalla in a month or so but decided to play it again just now. When I clicked play on the steam app, brawlhalla opened but I couldn't see anything. When I right clicked brawlhalla on the taskbar (I use a macbook), it said that "Application Not Responding". How do i fix this and play?

I'll try to uninstall and re-download it.

I signed my brother's up for it and it starts tomorrow how will they be able to join their matches ( sorry i play a little bit of brawlhalla and have 0 clue about their tournaments)

get them to sign into their start.gg account, then by going into the tournament details you should be able to find when the first match starts

when the tournament begins, your brother will need to check in to his match(es) and follow the instructions for lobby setup
