It didn't do that until when the new season started. Does anyone know a fix?

i was just in a ranked match and suddenly i couldnt do light or heavy attacks. this lasted for about a minute which lost me the game. there wasnt any lag, and my movement was working fine. i am 100% certain that its not my mouse, or my pc, or my network.

this is the second time this has happened

Hey so, easy anticheat is making me want to pull my hair out.
My laptop died mid game and now every time I try to reopen brawlhalla EAC gives me an error. I tried to research it, and it appears the problem is theres a .sys file that it creates at the start of a session, that it deletes when you close the game (normally). This file is not located in the brawlhalla files, so uninstalling the game doesn't help. I located the file, but i can't delete it because it says the file "is being used by another program". I tried to locate any game, any program, using EAC in task manager, but unless it's named strangely (like, not named eac, easyanticheat, anticheat, etc.) nothing is running. I have also restartd my laptop and immediately trying to delete the file and it still doesn't allow me to.

Are you using cross progression or cross inventory?
There are various bugs with both, one of which surrounds the battle pass items, they may appear when you are using cross inventory but not when you use cross progression or vice versa. It may be worth a check

ive been trying to launch my game without -noeac for a few months now cause when i have eac turned on i hit the play button on steam and it waits like 5 seconds and then just goes back to saying play, nothing launches or pops up either. i've tried a lot of things, i've reinstalled and verifyied game files like 10 million times, checked to see if easy anti cheat was in my services things and it was, all that stuff. i think the problem is just eac itself. i try to open the installer in the brawlhalla game files located in the EasyAntiCheat folder, the file is labeled "EasyAntiCheat_EOS_Setup.exe", and when i click on it a window opens up for like half a second and disappears. anyone else encountered this before?

It may be a hardware issue but it is most likely with Brawlhalla just being dumb.
If you’re playing on a Mac you will always have input delay btw, just in case that applies.

i know im 2 and a bit years late but
as you know, reshade works by replacing the graphics library and implementing its own functions that allow for post processing
most games look for gfx lib dlls directly which makes targeting them with reshade easy
in brawlhalla, the gfx lib implementation is provided as a component in the adobe air runtime dll (Adobe AIR.dll, located in the Adobe AIR directory in game's folder) this means that a direct replacement of d3d9/dxgi/opengl32 wont work since the game's executable never loads a library of that name
to get reshade to work youll either need to modify the exe or the adobe air dll, which is fucky as hell
the alternative that i use is to target an engine extension that would always get loaded but wouldnt get called directly as to not crash the game
framefix dll suits that, but you need to compile custom version of reshade to load framefix if you wanna keep that working
in all cases you still need to modify files which will make eac fail the integrity check making reshade a noeac only thing unless officially supported by bmg

You can’t link accounts if they’re of the same device
You need to log in to the accounts every 30 days to link them

First you need to make a Ubisoft account and go to it and link both the platforms you want it on and then you can go to the top right of the screen and go to cross progression, after that link your Ubisoft account and the platforms linked will show up then select which 2 platforms you want to cross progress
