it's a hardware issue. you'd need to either

1. find a set of buttons that don't ghost together - there are online tools to display registerd keypresses. those can help you.

I would just keep trying, you can also try logging in and out of the ubisoft website itself. Check ingame if your ubisoft account appears in the acc linking section and then you'll know it worked, even if it errors
