%techtest enable techtest to start, this build of the game should feel better overall and will lock the fps to your monitor refresh rate (see bot message below)

then try one of these two launch options: -framefix this reduces input delay for most people OR -framefixunbounded this does the same but also uncaps fps completely. you may also find your game runs better without either of these, just experiment for yourself.

It could be the controller. If you have a switch, plug it in and update the controller in system settings. That should reset it.

In big picture, under settings and controller settings. Are the controls bound correctly? Can you rebind them? If you can’t rebind, go to where Steam is installed, in the config folder, config.vdf, search ‘SDL_GameBind’ then delete everything under and save. This resets Steam’s controller settings.

Go to controller config, and as long as Steam detects the controller you could rebind the buttons as keyboard buttons. If you want you’re controller as a different controller, rebind the controller in steam and it should give you the option to choose(edit:pretty sure this doesn’t matter though). Or you need a controller emulator(this would.)

Weird thing, but EAC for brawlhalla will always crash while it is loading if I have Proxycap version 5.38 x64 installed. No proxification rules are set, so I know it is not EAC disliking the use of proxies. This causes brawlhalla to never start as well. Enabling the -noeac launch command will allow brawlhalla to start, so I know it is an issue with EAC. Any help would be appreciated!

Of course not sword is a consistent killer in general, but sword is great at guarding an opponent on the wall coming back to stage and gaunts can get super early KOs offstage so of course it helps

I cant play ranked its been already 7 months, the same message again and again, i tried some methods to fix this but its doens't work the same eac problem

If you want my advice dont think about character, think about 2 weapons you like, if that is lance and katar, there id no lance and katar so look through all lance and katar legends to see your favorite, however i dont main one character, i just main katars, and i play asuri, ragnir and caspian

The problem with that is you want to be able to play both your characters weapons so im good at katars axe and sword but not at guns and hammer so i dont play lucien or sentinel

When i use val i feel safe easy weps to use and really easy side sigs but i always lose close games and it seems as if when i use her she can be consistent but can't win those matches against hard opponents

but with yumiko, when i use bow i seem to have an edge in harder opponents but I cannot master that damn hammer
