from what i can tell you arent positioning yourself correctly or using the right move for a punish, for instance dlight and slight both read into nlights from where you can carry on the string. you need to be patient by waiting for the dodge before hitting them with a move that you plan to do before hand so you know the spacing and such

Dear Brawlhalla Devs,
I have came to this very server for one thing and one thing only. I don’t know if this bug has been reported before but I still come to ask for you fix this bug, it has made me rage. This very bug made me lose many matches, and I tested it out (with a friend) to see how it works. Basically, the bug makes you teleport across the map (note: on others screens, you are just walking off to where you teleported to). Tapping small left and right doesn’t do anything either, as the game sees it as you going in one direction and teleports you anyway. Though, for some reason, this has only happened to me, not my friends, and I can’t seem to figure out why. And no, it’s not my internet, I keep checking the top right of the screen, and it’s at max. However, after and before I teleport, it goes all the way to the bottom. I’ve played with multiple friends of mine separately and the rate of teleportation changed. Please fix this bug, I would really appreciate it.
