the ones i found so far are sidra and stevonnie
which i get that stevonnie might not work with them being a crossover skin and all but steven owns a lion so stevonnie does too (which they even use the lion in one of their sig animations)
and sidra owns some kind of big tentacle thing and if she didn't have a relationship with it in some way , it wouldn't help her attack enemies (it does in most of her signatures) so that should qualify as a pet too

crossover skins only count for the home field advantage mission. it's an oversight.
there's a bug report menu ingame under settings. put something like "crossover skins do not count for pet owners and similar bp missions. for example: stevonnie owns a lion".
im not exactly sure whether sidra's and the kraken's relationship is pet-like, but good point. add that to the report.

@covert dock if you've tried all the solutions in that message (discord link above) then theres only a few things that would be causing EAC to crash/error, 1) you didnt remove -noeac, 2) you're on 32 bit or windows vista or older, 3) you have a core 2 duo/quad CPU without a dedicated GPU which EAC doesn't support

Uh i have an anticheat problem

So the game can actually run, i can play experimental, but easy anti must be running without errors to play ranked.

I tried launching the game with and without anticheat, then it still doesn't work. I live in indonesia where there are political issues with steam, thats when it started but now its back to normal, my friend can play, but i cant.

I have reached to the email but i got no answer for 2 days, i used the thing from the google form and titled it Unable to launch - issue not listed

i was here yesterday talking about my M1 and M2 sticking in Brawlhalla (only Brawlhalla as its not happening in Multiversus or any other thing I am doing) I have looked at M+K drivers and theyre all updated etc and i have deleted and reinstalled the game. just making sure i understand what you tried, do you have -noeac in launch options and did you try to remove it?

outside of the obvious "get better internet", there are a few things that can help:
restart your router
restart your pc/console/whatever
if you're on wifi, connect to ethernet
switch a server and switch back (ingame)
reinstall the game
try those and come back if this still happens

Go to your Registry Editor (BE CAREFUL IN HERE)
(search for it with windows search bar)

On account linking; while some of this is speculation, we can infer the status of account linking from Dev Streams and Twitter, where mentioned:

There is NO confirmation if it will ever come out (they have said they WANT to, but cannot currently), the issue is the legal complications with so many conflicting companies.
BMG cannot complete development on account linking without an agreement with those companies, we will likely see compatibility with mobile platforms first and even then - there's definitely no release date, or even possible estimation. You'll know when its 'coming soon' because they'll officially announce it, until then, don't expect it to come soon.

Hypothetically imagine this from BMGs perspective, it makes sense why it's "taken so long":
-> BMG asks Xbox (Microsoft) to allow Steam users to use their cosmetics (purchased through the steam store) on Xbox -> Xbox will say 'no'.
Why?: Xbox WANTS you to buy that skin that you own again on the Xbox store as they make revenue off that purchase, but wont if Steam users can use their cosmetics on the Xbox platform. This means BMG have to figure out deals which are mutually beneficial and they have to do this with EVERY single platform (we're almost in double digits now), the scale and difficulty of that alone is why account linking cant be confirmed.

Another factor, because some people have different expectations, however, note this is somewhat speculative: account linking will probably be more of a "item transfer" system, similar to what other big games use as there's a lot less technical and logistical issues with this method. E.g.: you can do a ONE TIME transfer of all your items from one platform to another (Steam to PS5, for example) and then that's that, you wont be able to alternate which platforms you play on and freely move your items, that's just not realistic and other, bigger games also use systems similar to this for their account linking.
