Okay, so, you managed to get your idea on paper, and overall it looks pgood! But you can improve more, try sketching and drawing proportions of the character first, then drawing over it. The shading seems a bit basic, but it's cool. I like the pose, but since you didn't use proportions it looks slightly off. But I know what you were going for and this is good, but try to sketch out more and practice draw poses, it can help a lot.

this is what i kinda meant, when youre drawing hair youre normally taking into account the gravity of it, etc, like, if u notice here i made ur hair go a little more in because the hair wouldnt be spread out (?) depending on circumstances, if shes relaxed, her hair would be more down because theres no motion going towards it

i'm a couple days late, but i think mapping out what you wanna draw before you draw it would benefit you greatly!! i can't post any pictures for reference bc i'm new in this discord, but for example a head is an oval, you draw in lines to tell yourself where the eyes, mouth and ears should go, and fill it in and erase the lines as you go. i'm not sure if that makes sense, but i really hope it does!
