Hello! This is probably me overthinking but I am confused when messing with the sliders in the Manage City tab. For example, City Safety says "Affects the probability of Zois engaging in violent acts." So if I put the slider on High, does that mean that City Safety is High or that the chances of Zois committing crimes is High? 😅 I hope I explained that well.

Hi there, started the game just today, having a lot of fun so far with everything !
I just had a question because it is directly affecting my in game carreer ( café owner ), I raised my Zoi coffe-crafting ability to lvl 10 yet 90% of her coffee end up being " bad ", 9% medium and 1% good..

I hardly get enough money to live properly when all my coffees are sold for 4meows :(.

Is there another system that I should check to guarantee higher " good " quality rates ?

( ^ this also affects lower-level coffees like basic espresso ) :(

Okay so I played with the City Safety one. When the slider was at High - I went to Central Park in Dowon and immediately saw someone kick a vending machine and the police showed up, lol. So I put the slider at Low and haven't seen anyone doing anything that has resulted in someone calling the police lately. So I think that means Higher means High chance of crimes... but it could be coincidence too so who knows. I think it's just going to take some tweaking the sliders for each option to get it right.

Yeah I had seen that it takes a bit to fully take effect so when I saw someone get "arrested" like minutes after I wasn't sure if it was a coincidence or not. I did close and reopen my game around the time I made the changes to the slider, so idk. Hopefully in the future they'll just be super clear in the information panel like in the "Positive/Negative Emotion Priority" slider

Yeah, idk if it's possible to get robbed. I think I saw there was a burglar alarm in the inventory - could be wrong but don't quote me - but I don't recall if your zoi can also steal things. I know you can do bank heists, hack from bank, hack from ATM or something and do other crime.

I believe you could choose a plot for them at the funeral home (or around there) after you pick up the urn. You choose a plot and can enshrined them. I dont remember about the actual gravestone but it does give you a place to mourn the deceased zoi

After the update, I've been able to put my preset houses on, for two of them so far. But Dowon Heights keeps leaving the original house there, and won't allow me to put my saved preset over top, instead. Should I try deleting original bit by bit? Bit annoying when it always just replaces it.

Hi, I tried downloading some outfits from Canvas. I noticed they were tagged as “no mod,” and since I’m not using any mods either, I gave them a try. However, when my Zoi wears them, the patterns look distorted and don’t match the preview at all. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Yes. I had to downgrade my driver to the previous one to play. The new amd adrenaline driver 3.1.26 is not compatible with the new update. Inzoi team knows and will hopefully fix it soon. I had to drop my graphics down too. Not the best experience

If you zipped the version of the save you shared you can still keep playing with it just save as a new name so you can always go back to that exact version when they say they've fixed the issue to verify the fix

I would like to report a critical issue with the graphics settings menu.

When changing certain graphics options (especially ray tracing, shaders, shadows, vegetation), the game often:
– shows a corrupted/bugged screen,
– freezes for a moment,
– returns to the main menu,
– and resets some settings back to incorrect or unwanted values.

This happens consistently when adjusting:
• Ray tracing quality
• Object ray tracing mode (real mesh / fallback mesh)
• Shader quality
• Shadow options
• Vegetation quality

The game does not crash to desktop, but it forces a return to the menu and undoes some of the settings.

Hardware:
• GPU: RTX 3060
• Resolution: 2560×1440
• Fullscreen windowed mode

Please fix this issue, because it makes configuring graphics settings extremely difficult. Thank you

Try setting up the graphics settings with Google All, which I did, but there's a bug after the previous update where the graphics settings keep getting messed up. The problem is with the settings. You have to set them manually. It's best if you don't know how to do this, to use Google All. You give it your computer specs and it tells you what to set. It's best to tell it what you want in graphics, so it can set it in the graphics settings in the game, and in the graphics settings, it will tell you what to set.

Hello, good news for Mac users!
Starting with version 0.7.0 (end of march 2026), to use the official mods one can use CrossOver for Mac (which often has big discounts), and within CrossOver, you need to install the PC version of Steam, which is used to install the PC version of inZOI (for free if you’ve already purchased the Mac version on Steam).
I haven't tried any equivalent free versions, such as Whisky.
Since this update based on Unreal Engine 5.6, inZOI is now running perfectly on CrossOver (I'm using the last 26.0). I actually find that the PC version looks slightly better graphically (no noise in the shadows) and runs almost as fast as Mac notive version.
It’s important to know that CrossOver uses a driver that redirects Direct3D calls to Metal, so there’s no slowdown because there’s no D3D emulation.
Parameters to set in the UI :

• MSync : On
• graphic driver : D3DMetal

are you in the early stages on your business? all businesses are pretty slow in the beginning, and in my experience, i sat in the negative for a bit too. you have to put a lot of work into advertising your business, standing outside and promoting it, attracting customers outside to come in, serving them, etc.

i haven’t tested every single business, mainly just cafe’s/restaurant type places and lounges. but both were pretty similar in terms of how you level up the business. obviously hone in on the skills necessary for the job, but there is a lot of social interaction needed for a business from what i understand/have learned

it’s really just about toying around with it. worst comes to worst, get your zoi to have someone move in and take their money then find something else for them to do lol

but honestly the business stuff is quite fun, you just have to toy with it and see what works for your business. on the computer there is an advertisement option for your business to improve how many customers you get (i think thats how it works)

also, don’t be afraid to put prices at 125% if you’re in the negative. doesn’t really affect customer satisfaction all that much if the skill is good

Yea its a gardening skill. You can also click on the table/workbench in the flower shop and choose 'refill stock' or something like that.
Choose an arragement, make it, and place it.
The other flowers are just for decorations. If they dont have a little "SALE" tag on them they will not sell.

Hi everyone! I’m looking for some help regarding a Flower Shop I'm running. I've run into a persistent issue with Zoi behavior that I can't seem to fix: Even after the shop is officially closed, many Zois refuse to leave, also Zois keep entering into private rooms. I have specifically set these doors to 'Business Operator / Employees Only', but they ignore the restrictions completely. I’ve already tried flipping the door direction, re-locking them, but nothing works. They keep bypassing the locks and treat the shop like a public space 24/7.

Is this a known bug with business lot types, or is there a specific way to hard-reset the pathfinding for my shop? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Now Mac users can use both old ~mods and new official Mods !!!!!! playing the Windows version of inZOI under CrossOver Mac.

3 main steps :
1- install CrossOver Mac, add a Win 10 bottle, install Steam PC then inZOI PC.
2- Install the mod InZOI Mod Enabler in the inZOI binaries directory
3- Parameter CrossOver Mac so that Wine can recognize the dsound.dll installed with the mod

For step 1
The parameters of the bottle must be MSync, and the gfx driver D3DMetal.

For step 2
Download the old Mod Enabler, not the "Engine Next".

For step3
In the CrossOver bottle for Steam, select CONTROL PANELS on the right, then Configure Wine, then the Library tab, then add "dsound" to the list, and finally modify it to "native, builtin" if not already set.
You can see that the install is OK when you launch inZOI : when Binaries/Win64/dsound.dll is used by inZOI, a log file "bitfix.txt" is created.

• MacOS 26 has a lot of work done into the Metal API (like Vulcan on PC) which added +100% FPS (CrossOver just redirect Direct3D calls to Metal so this is as fast)

• No more crash (perhaps caused by UE 5.4 ?)
• In electricity consumption it costs only 0.10 € a day instead of 0.50 € a day on the PC + RTX 3080ti

Is there a way to stop the constant small talk or romance stuff between two Zois, when autonomy is on?
Have to remove the small talk bubble sometimes up to 10 times in one game hour. And sometimes Zoi's that I already send of to work, will COME BACK for small talk/romance stuff (Couple). And even if I deactivate the autonomy for one Zoi, the other one (with autonomy on) will constantly interrupt the Zoi. The setting: "Prevent Conversation Interruption" is already on.

Just go in build mode

and set the height you want to take pics from

then click to upload to canvas

Take a pic or pics of that floor

make sure to save your photos

then go back out (dont upload still)

set to next floor

rinse + repeat until you ahve all you need

Just know that you are limited to 7 photos total

Well that depends what city are you playing in bliss bay or dowon

If bliss bay you can Join the Westside Hustler group to work your way up from a Rookie Underboss to the Boss.

If your in dowon you can Join Dowon Solutions as a Street Soldier and aim for the Boss position.

Also it depends on life situations of your zoi and some traits for example you can trigger your zoi to want to commit a crime if they have low mew or high debt

Also if you select the malious or rule breaker trait in CAZ then that helps to

Toddlers are horrible since the update🥲 I had to age mine up almost immediately because it was almost u playable. They get stuck on the bathtub all the time, don’t sleep, don’t eat (all they do is throw it up???) so I have to use mew points to get them to eat😭

modded hair is also giving me issues, not sure of the solution.
Try changing her clothes to summer clothes or her everyday outfit.
Some custom hair have to be applied as accessory on every clothing category.
She looks really good.

Go in the town setting and make sure the city tidiness is not set to lowest as it makes clothes go dirty quicker as well. Use that setting carefully !

Just because I was curious even though nobody ask me LOL I went to check in one of my old gameplay I did at the beginning and they didn’t have any option to ask to be bf/gf. Back then they didn’t even have the option to ask to be a sweetheart. The relationship was progressive if the romantic bar went half way automatically would declare them mutual crush. The more the bar went up unlocked the interaction declare love and they would move into sweethearts automatically and at that point the option to ask for marriage would open. They couldn’t “Try for baby” if they were not married back then. When they married it unlocked the true love.

Not sure about the mods, but with apartments it could be because the property sizes have changed (it was part of the March update). The presets will only install automatically if they're exactly the same size as the property.

Best thing to do is just start playing and learning. Everyone has a different playstyle and story.

Also it is a considerably different game.
Probably the most frustrating aspect for new players is the urges. Some of them are hard to understand what is wanted and some can flat out not be completed.
You learn to take urges with a grain of salt.

For building it's the flooring for me, in Sims we can fill the floor or add new single tile but in inZOI I found only large tiles

What is the point of 'groups' Im trying to figure out how to get my zois to do things together.
For instance I want my Zoi and her partner to get in a boat and go to the island.
Right now I have to grab one, turn off its autonomy, direct them to get on the boat.
Then grab the other turn off its autonomy and direct them to get on the boat.

Cool now both are on the boat and I get to the Island.
Now I have to select one choose disembark and move to a 'safe' spot.
Then select the second, coose disembark and move to the same spot.

I just wish I could like click on the ground and "Move here as a group".

A solution is to setup a party.
Then only invite that zoi.
Set location to your home or an actual remote/empty lot in the city so you dont get bothered by other zois.
When invited in such a way, they should always show up for you.

I also had issues with having a wedding. my zoi didn't show an event for wedding after I made the event multiple times. For some reason it didn't show up for either zoi until attempt 4 or 5. It somehow showed up for the spouse, but then nobody went to the wedding and i just got a pop up on my screen that said they are now married. Level 3 (The Boutique): A retail floor to sell your custom collections, jewelry lines, and luxury bags.

Top Level (Runway & Photo Studio): A dedicated space for high-end Runway shows and professional photography.

2. Career Gameplay & Daily Routines

To make the industry feel realistic, I suggest a Daily Schedule system for professionals:

Manage a routine to prepare for big events (e.g., 08:00 Healthy Breakfast -> 09:00 Training -> 11:00 Agency Visit -> 15:00 Hair & Makeup -> 21:00 Runway Show).

Performance on the runway depends on following this schedule!

3. International Fashion Capitals

The fashion industry should expand to global hubs inspired by Paris, Milan, and New York, each with its own signature styles and prestigious fashion weeks.

4. Modular Canvas Sharing

A flexible system for the community to share their success on the Canvas:

The Full House: Upload the entire lot.

Modular Floors: Upload just the specific Beauty Studio or Workshop floor.

Top Models: Upload your successful models so other players can hire them as brand ambassadors for their own shows. What do you guys think about this? It creates new careers and a fun adventures but also a lot of story driven gameplay just suggestion. 👗 💄

Did you check if your mods have been updated after the patch? And more importantly, before launching the game, did you make sure all the mods from your old save are still enabled? (I might have missed some of your posts.) Because I get this error when I run the game with mods disabled that were active in that save.

Blender, like Maya and other programs, is used for 3D modeling and stuff (and Blender is free). You probably already know it, but there’s a whole section in Inzoi with short tutorial videos on how to make mods.

You can change the appearance of an object.. it swaps to a 3d custom design and that’s how you make it functional
