@hasty ice Update was not pain-free for me and a few house creators.
Houses from ALL (and I mean... ALL OF THEM, like 100% of our creations) do not "Lock-in" on the properties where we made them. Meaning it's an absolute PITA for someone not familiar with our creation to place them correctly and with the front pointing the right direction, so we are having to reload all of our old houses, one by one, then fit them on the property... then save it locally, then re-upload it to Canvas so that when the ppl that subscribe to it want to use it, it locks into place again like it's supposed to. A friend and I have done nothing but updating our goddarned properties all evening...

I got 5 done and about 15 to go. >.<

On the flip side because there is one, it's a good opportunity to fix the old issues that crept in with old properties and bring some of them up to snuff with our current skills.

@primal crane you realize that players were crying about too many wrinkles back in 0.1.0 and in response the devs completely effed-up the age groups to make the zois age MUCH slower to adult and middle-age... That is the only reason why it takes 70 days (70 years) to get out of young adult, and another 5 (halfway thru adulthood) to start getting those wrinkles.

Trying to figure out an age that I like for each life span. But I cannot reduce the age of Seniors (Elders) it doesn’t matter what speed I chose for the Elders always start at 96 days old. That’s the group I want to make live longer but won’t let me. So I end up with something like this that I like. I wish I can make young adults live 20 days too.
Elder- Starts at 96 days (Any speed)
Middle Age- 20 days (0.5x) Perfect for me

Yeah, this update is exactly what the game needed right now. The autonomous animations repeat quite often, but I had a ton of fun watching my Depressed / Enraged Zoi, he kept going up to everyone just to say he didn’t want to talk (refuse conversation), the move‑from‑conversation action kept triggering, and then he went to throw a tantrum at the toilet, and then, after snapping at everyone, he even apologized

It's a bit confusing for example in Dowon the big map is oriented towards the south when you open it but your minimap is oriented towards the north.

So when you open the big map, turn it 180 degrees and then it'll be the same orientation. That'll make it easier to see what direction you should go for your house.

Here's a thought: The cartoon filter should instead be a graphics option since cartoon graphics don't require a lot of details. They could perfect it so that the game looks better with cartoony graphics, while "hiding" a lot of demanding details behind the filter. Not only could that make it easier to play on lower-end computers, but it could also draw in more players who prefer simpler artstyles.

I'm not sure - the inzoi graphics definitely look better when they're turned up, because it's made to look realistic. But I feel like it could be possible to add an even lower graphics setting to allow more people to be able to run the game (because the required specs today are pretty high, even for the lowest graphic settings). The problem is that it would look weird with the realistic graphics if they remove too many details. But if they were to slap the cartoon filter on top (maybe even improve the filter), it wouldn't look as weird anymore because it's no longer "realistic"
