I don't think that's possible currently, since it will always upload it as a texture. Only way to get a single image is by scaling the texture up in-game, but then it's big and covers the object.

My suggestion would be to do some basic photo editing. Put the image on a large blank color screen (same color as the shirt), make sure the image is much smaller than the background, and then upload in-game and scale the image up. That's what I would try.

I quickly tried it. Edited the image in Gimp. It's not perfect and will take some tweaking and testing. The black sleeve is part of the issue when scaling the image, but it could perhaps be prevented by creating a larger image before uploading. Hopefully they add the option to upload a texture as a single centered image as well.

Heyo! Sorry for the long winded question but I've been a professional outdoor living designer since 2016 and have been using a 3D program to present designs to customers. I have recently stopped using the program and was hoping Inzoi might be a good replacement. I realize it probably doesn't go based off of actual measurements but how customizable is the build mode? Would it do anything like custom pergolas or even free form pools? Even something like custom shapes that you can put together would be amazing if that existed!

The attached picture is from the previous program as an example.

I realize it's a video game first and foremost but Ive just been so impressed by what Ive seen so far and am crossing my fingers I can lean into using this program for fun hopefully some professionally!!

As for pergolas (outdoor garden structures), you can decorate with items like wood, plants, and other outdoor objects. However, since we are still in the Early Access stage, the options may be somewhat limited for now.

Also, unfortunately, swimming pools are not included at the moment, but they are planned for a future update.
But still, inZOI offers realistic graphics and a wide range of customization options—so we highly encourage you to try creative buildings! 🥹

How to solve inZOI game crash problem?🤔

I recreated my flat in the demo and I had a lot of fun with it :) I have a few questions though:

1. I know cheat codes are not implemented yet, but is there an option like moveobjects from Sims that'll let you place objects closer to each other or in "invalid" positions yet?

2. Does anyone else have issues with the last tab in the build mode menu in the demo freezes the game? Specifically the tab that is supposed to let you enter the 3D printer/creator and the other one that I think allows you to mix up existing items, or something like that? If I click into either of them, the game freezes, and the only way to fix it is to close the game through the task manager. Is a fix known?

3. I created two zois, can I get them in the build I created to take photos? I know there's a mannequin, but I can only see one default zoi.

In my previous post I talked about how Ambitions themselves need to be revised. Now I want to talk about how the structure of the Ambitions system and how they related to Desired Lives, because this doesn't make sense to me?

First, in the current early access build, every Desired Life has a single Ambition tied to it, such as Life of Harmony aligns with Plant Lover ambition. I wouldn't think about it that way?

I think each Desired Life should have at least 5 ambitions it can choose from (but not every ambition in the game!).

Conversely, every ambition should have a few Desired Lives that it will be available to. The idea here is to make inZOI less repetitive and also make ZOIs with different Desired Lives fundamentally different to play with, as they have different ambitions available to them.

For example, my Firefighter Hero Ambition would be available to only the Life of Contribution and Life of Respectability, because it makes sense as an ambition for both of them the most. It's not relevant to Life of Romance, for example.

In the picture, I would get rid of these categories on the left and then just have the Ambitions be what you select. And the ambitions should be exclusive to a few of the Desired Lives, encouraging the player to try playing with different Desired Lives

Most life sims allow you to pause aging. I know this is early access, but there are many players who don't want to make characters and have them die off in a few weeks. Not all folks are legacy/multi generation players. Hopefully modders will make one as it's kind of a basic/expected feature in these types of games.

I had mostly a suggestion based on laundry. I don't like that when you wash clothes it washes the one your character is actively wearing as well. So far there is no accumulation of dirty clothes/outfits in the game which would be nice, if each outfit would or could get dirty if worn 3 days in a row, it would only visible show small stains on day 3. Which is when our character could discard this automatically into the laundry hamper. Then making our character unable to wear that outfit and would be prompted to 'put something else on' or be prompted to change into another outfit until the clothes are washed.

I feel the animations could also improve where it would show our character putting dirty clothes into the washer and taking them out to either put in the dryer or hang on a clothes line to dry.

Lots of people still on it. I mostly keep to myself and build and landscape. I don't do much social on it. I just like the customization features, so I rent a homestead strictly for building mini town replics and filling them with some bot npcs and giving the bots personalities. Inzoi appeals to me for its photorealism and fairly open world, but would rather not see my characters die of that quickly so am a bit torn.

Kind of the same here...game seems to come with everything else...even ability to pat the adorable stray cats. Could just pretend my characters have an outdoor cat until pet adoption comes :-). The cat that belongs to my main SL characters in my virtual town in made by Zooby (and is known to be semi-feral), so her refusing to come inside and being aloof would fit her. The child in the home is obsessed with her (and constantally talks about her in her AI chatter), but the cat shows no interest.

When I upgrade, I plan to get in the 5000 series, but I think worth waiting if my 3050 will allow me to bare bones explore the world for now. You can try and make a backup of your presets , saved on your computer. You have to type %localappdata% on your pc in the search bar, then navigate to "inzoi character studio" and then there is a folder named "Saved" ... make a backup of this, thats where your presets are saved

Have some streamers been getting early early access? Because I was watching a vtuber earlier and while there were probably other signs too, I noticed some gender options and when I grabbed the studio demo and played it, there was no pencil next to gender. It certainly does seem easy enough to make an androgynous character though. Now to figure out how to make it let me have combinations of bottoms where they make sense. Wearing pants or shorts under a skirt for instance. My character is nonbinary, goes to a school with uniforms, and the school is chill enough on them that my character often just puts together a mix of 'feminine' and 'masculine' uniform parts, with slight differences every day.

I dunno about that either. But if the modders for TS4 are any indication, it's only a matter of time before someone makes a school that the kids physically attend and do stuff you can see at. At least if there's a basic system supporting the concept. That mod could only exist because of the Go to Work or something like that pack, as that added to the game's code the concept of a particular sim going off to what would normally be a rabbithole but you can follow them in and view their career more closely.

Yes indeed influencers has been getting early early access, and yes there are more gender and gender attraction options, such as non-binary.
And yes any base gender body type can technically wear other gender's hair, clothes, make-up etc.
With more possible options and even maybe mods to make it even more open, eg. actual skirts on males etc.

I was having a heck of a time getting two sets of stairs to match each other’s width; they’re L-shaped. POSSIBLE TIP: If you go to the floor where the top of the stairs are, you may have an easier time in general. I kept trying from the bottom of the stairs. As soon as I went to the top, it worked.

Ah, thanks! As a possible solution to your question, I threw a piece of wall back there and colored it the same as the stair wall. It’s not perfect as you can see the top of the wall and a gap from the side, but it’s not terrible.

Such a interesting question! There's a lore lot in the game called AR Libary, they plan to do something interesting with it, maybe our human or furry friends can be found there? 🤔
As for CAZ, there's a few presets that looks like them...

Smart Zoi is only supported on RTX cards, you require a RTX 3060 for min setting however a RTX 4080 Super for High

I have a rtx 3060, smartzoi is what I'm most excited about. Later this year I'm going to get a desktop just for the modeling aspects. On a 15 inch screen for regular gameplay, I think I'll be fine with this.

Yes, but also for clothes there's already a ingame clothing craft system, no need for 3d scans, fyi you can try all of this out in the demo right now!

I don't use blender...but I really like landscaping and combining things together in cool ways and doing virtual photography. And uploading little details such as signs that fit a region....so the AI and customizability will be fun for that. I'll spend months landscaping in Second life and selecting the right buildings and objects and for my scenes. Definately want inzoi. The question will be if it will be enough to make me want to stop putting money into Second Life land (which I do for the building freedom). Would be more economical than maintaining a homestead in SL.

Oh hell yea, fingers crossed you can achieve this soon!! You should be okay with ur GPU the only thing that could give you trouble is if it's a laptop GPU as they have lower VRAM typically

For now if I can wander around I'm happy. I plan to upgrade later this year once the newer technology is more established and prices go down a bit. If it ends up not running at all will geforce now, but if I can do the basics, I will wait.

I had this same issue, I'm going to just assume it's not an option option atm (which is fine for being early access).

If your on the builder and select the first house preset, the sliding living room door goes to nowhere and I can't put stairs or a patio there.
