Your cpu is pretty lacking and your gpu is what's listed for the minimum requirements, so I don't think it's going to be a smooth medium / high experience. Probably going to be a minimum graphics experience.
Also, an HDD is not going to be fun for getting things to run smoothly

But my personal recommendation would be to never go for anything
that lower than i7-8XXX, as an absolute minimum, for amd Ryzen 5/7 3XXX or higher even on a tight budget

I wish that were the case but it's because of compute cards that have 300% more margin than gaming GPUs. The A6 Nvidia cards for AI workloads use the same lithography from TSMC (which is limited). So Nvidia obviously prioritizes shipping compute cards for data centers rather than gaming cards since they make 3x as much money and say insale bulks of them.

It will you just have too keep yourself in check and plan your day too help manage your ADHD it was hard for me at first. sounds weird but what worked for me during work hours was setting up multiple alarms XD for 50 min work 15 min rest. and went on like that helped me sooo much to not get burned out during the day during work hours. I really recommend it!!

An (actual as well) ADHD dx here as well. When I was 5 or so along with ASD and anxiety later in life. I find it personally pretty difficult to work from home, but what I can recommend is if you get a from home / desk job that doesn't take a lot of brain power listen to podcasts or audio books. I listen to lots of stuff like that while I work and it calms my anxious / jumpy nature. Being bored / not having something to grab your attention is a quick path down anxiety lane.

I worked in kitchen for around 5 years and I swear that aged me quicker than just about anything else. So I would avoid that like the plague for anxious personalities. Though you always have something to do so it's a bit harder to get distracted / drift off into imagination.
