It's something I thought about when one of the blog posts mentioned a cut ending in which the player looks at themselves in the rear view mirror while driving away with the money, only to see a bloody stub instead of a head.

The ending makes sense for almost all playthroughs, except for the incredibly lucky ones where the player wins without ever taking damage.

Would've been a banger ending. The supernatural power fades and you bleed out like a headless chicken.

Every time I play the game, if the dealer knows the next shell is a blank, he will always use inverter before beer. But I can't find any spot in the code where he would prioritize inverter over beer. So I wanna know, can the dealer actually use beer in those situations and I'm just unlucky? Or am I missing something in the code?

it seems to make choices based on the order it got the items - it may just be picking inverter before beer repeatedly by rng

dealer can use beer if it isn't known the shell is live and the number of shells isn't 1

maybe its just that he usually keeps inverter longer than beer so its much more likely that inverter is spawned first. He probably wont have mag + beer + inverter all in round 1, and even then it would only happens if beer spawned after mag and before inverter.
