in multiplayer, what decides who gets the next turn after the gun is reloaded?

if the gun was emptied with either a beer, shooting a blank at another player or shooting a live round at anyone, the next player in the standard turn order gets to move. If the gun was emptied by shooting themself with a blank, then they keep their turn after the reload.

If you're talking each game in a set, Game 1 starts with a random player while Game 2 and 3 start with whoever was eliminated first in the previous game

Yes, the first 3-round rewards run on a timer. Faster you get through the rounds, the faster your starting cash is to begin doubling. Funny enough, I forgot about that during my last run and had to do an extra set of 3 before I "won" the 1 million.

[Won as in, I then proceeded to lose on the next round for the final achievement.]

I was able to hold right click to look down at the table then quickly put an item down, but when you release right click it snaps back to the player again so I had to disconnect

This is more of me saying a visual glitch but doubt I need to make a thread/forum

So I had 2 lives and used expired meds to chance for more but failed
I shot the dealer as the camera pan to the counter it displayed the "Careful Now" text even though it was the dealer taking the hit
After the camera pan back to the table would the animations collide of the dealer returning back from the hit and a pair of hands shooting me

In other words the Dealer had 4 hands before I loss the D/N run
