there should be an item in buckshot multi player that is like a gernade and you can throw it at somone and it will deal damage i think that would be cool

In the multiplayer mode, during my turn, I had the last live round left, and I decided to use beer instead of shooting, so as not to give the turn to the opponent. But after that, I lost my turn... I think it shouldn't be like that 🫠
Why did you not shoot the bullet..?
Shooting yourself with a blank keeps your turn. Using a beer doesn't. The idea is that keeping your turn and starting the next loadout is too powerful and you shouldn't be able to do it with just a can of beer, without knowing what the shell is.

I had 1 hp. My opponent had a lot of hp, and also they had a magnifying glass and an inverter. So even if I shoot them, I lose the game.
It would be near impossible to beat a full hp opponent on 1 hp

uh idk if this has been said alr. but sometimes or to me so far always when a player disconnects or leaves or smt. the game just glitches. it just doesnt continue. anyone having that issue as well? if so i suppose its alr been known lol
When using adrenaline, if the opponent has items that cannot be stolen, the game softlocks. There were two people in the game. Both players had a knife and adrenaline. The first player used a knife, then adrenaline.
Guys, I just got 10$ as a reward for first game of double or nothing. Won again and it was 20$, so not a visual thing. Have you seen such thing happening before?

The money drains relatively quickly. But at least after the first match, the base score gets locked in, and you don't need to rush the rest of the game when you double.
I just played normally, like yeah i can take 10 seconds or so to think but I played as usual an the score is around 17k on average for the first game.
Ive got an idea for multiplayer: Cannot attack the same player twice in a row.
The games I've played, if a player had won first round skillfully, they'd get targeted by the other 3 players the nex two rounds. Roulettes are supposed to be random and luck based (in a limit if we get items like we do) so targeting the same player twice should only be possible if said player is in lethal range/killable.
How to play multiplayer?
I think you should consider mind games aspect of multiplayer mode and try to hide your skill from others to avoid beong prime target

Well, I dont think applying even more limitations to players will make it more fun. It will just make the game more deterministic and stiff. This gamemode I consider to be just for goofing around with friends. The nature of the game makes it hard to make it "balanced". It never ment to be. Its a game about gambling and trying to increase your odds as you do

You already have items to make a player skip rounds over and over, which is fine. But shooting twice the same person for multiple rounds to eliminate them... not so much
Friends is a key word. We have our homebrew rules even. We cant use glass to determine a 50/50 and no saws if a person at 2hp

I think you had a good combo of items on the table, got shot twice and got mad butthurt. Consider this: you could have been the one to shoot twice. And you can be the one in the next game

it's because in double or nothing the amount of money you make depends on how long the first three rounds go, 10 bucks is the minimum. it just means you took too long.

im not sure how feedback exactly works here, but i would suggest making the saw way more rare in buckshot's multiplayer. games feel way too rigged if you happen to have one or two and theyre really fast. i think making it closer to the feeling of having a +4 in uno would be perfect.
loving it so far tho! extremely great, creative and i love how everything looks so far. this is insanely well made!
Highest Concern:
The ability to target every other players shouldn't be a thing.
Just like how the skip card in uno only skips the person playing after you. Better to be unable to shoot the person opposite you in a 4v4/3v3 (Only able to shoot the person playing after your turn). If implementing it strays too far from intended game design, make the host able to choose between modes of fire (indiscriminate - current design/limited - only one or two targets available)
Other Concerns:
Add more custom options:
lethals to blank ratio
ban list for items
minimum/maximum life per round,
player limit (since most common method of playing multiplayer is by sending code to discord, so its a just a qol to not have to kick players if accidentally overflow in a lobby intended for 1v1 or 3 ffa)
Emotes (non-VC quality of life). Simple emotes like "I won't target you" or "fuck it we ball" (Probably not going to be implemented due to clash of style)
Item Concerns and Ideas:
Cig only spawns for players with one - two health (if two isn't the max health). Sudden death to avoid heal stall.
Expired Medicine spawns regardless of health and chance to loose health increases per use. (E.g. first use 25:75, second use 50:50, third use 75:25)
The jammer? (multiplayer handcuff) item should be removed, until players can no longer - in a 3-4 ffa - shoot every other alive player.
Beer should let you keep your turn if you use it to remove the last slug from the shotgun regardless of blank or lethal.
You shouldn't get more than one adrenaline before each reload (when all players get a set of items before showing next set of slugs used). Also lower targets available to steal items from, only from dead players and the person playing after your turn perhaps?
Saw is great but its risk for reward design is kinda ruined by the frequency of magnifying glasses. Combo works well on dealer on double of nothing since you want as much consistency as possible, but not as much in this mode.
Magnifying glass should be removed. While it makes player turns consistent which is ideal for double or nothing mode as getting high scores require winning against the ai multiple times. It doesn't translate so well to multiplayer - at least at the frequency you can get it. If there are a limited amount of magnifying glasses for each player, it could work.
Inverter is great item.
Remote shouldn't spawn when there are only two players remaining. It would also be more effective if players could only target the player who plays after their turn. As in using the remote switched what players the holder of the shotgun can shoot.

Fog of War - Can't see other player items
"Realism Mode" - Every players' health is one maxed (Items pool is changed to reflect this - no healing items or saw)
Teams - 2v2 (player limit can increase to accommodate 3v3 or even 4v4). Dead Teammates can no longer use items or get new items; they can still use the shotgun and ending their turn by shooting themselves with a blank gives their other alive teammate the shotgun next round. (The shotgun barrel regenerates unrealistically after the shotgun is used as a sawed-off, so there can be a work a round to make it believable.)
My feedback and gameplay experience. First off I have enjoyed the single player, probably spent about 2 hours, and every moment and action felt important. Instantly made my "games you really need to play before you die list" . And that's a short list. Ok so my feedback at game start, I was intrigued by the new setup and items, and I hosted a game of three, i was shocked by how many items i got, some im not familiar with. I watched the other players take thier turns, then it was my turn and skipped. I didnt know why. I waited i think 6 total turns the other players took before my first turn of the game. I actually thought it was just broken as we were at the 3-4 minute mark and i still had not been able to do anything. And time for a new deal, and more items. Way more items, im already at max and i only took one turn the whole game so far. After this game I played one more game of single round of 4 , i chose a single round because i was already exhausted from waiting thru the first game. And this game was a little more tense but mostly the same, waiting for sometimes 3-5 minutes in between turns while watching player use soo many items.
I did not enjoy the overall experience of multiplayer and here is why: Way Too Many Items!!! There is no more impact to moves. Its just , you are dealt tons of items, and all you have to do now is use all your items in the right order. Gone is the tension, instead just waiting for players to smoke 2 cigarettes, drink two beers, use a cell phone, skip your turn, then shoot a blank at someone. Russian roulette should be about flirting with death and i never felt that during my gameplay, i felt either i would get good items and win or get bad items and lose. Also the core idea of risking it all and putting the gun in your own mouth is gone, i did it for the lols , but there is no reason to now unless you specifically know its a blank, which has no risk at all. I dont have an answer to this one, and im sure you have wrestled with this in multiplayer.
In summary, high hopes for gameplay, but it lacked any weight or tension to player decisions. Interest stagnated with the use of multiple skip turns and staring at other players consume dozens of items. Most of gameplay can be fixed by reducing the items by about 80 percent, as the only time i felt actual tension in the game is when there were hardly any items on the table, less options = more weight = more tension = more fun.
The game seems to end if there are only two players left alive in the game and the player who is not the turn player leaves the room.

the only real issue i have with the multiplayer of buckshot roulette is that a lot of lobbies you kind of just accept fate because in my experience more often then not the entire lobby is shooting only me and that kinda sucks cause a lot of games i get one turn, die and then just alt tab to a youtube video cause there's nothing to do when dead
im sure a lot of people have said that same opinion though, and imo its a little hard to balance with how things currently are
something i haven't heard much of though is the ability to pre select the charge amount for the three rounds, so let us maybe choose how many charges round 1, 2 and 3 can have instead of it being random
UPDATE to my wall of text. Just finished a couple games with the rule 1 item per turn, everyone commented it was fun, the tension was much higher, and ppl aimed the unknown gun at themselves much more often. It certainly had the feel of the 1 player mode. So simple fix is just toggle some options set by the host, items per turn, or items on deal can be a float value. Play a round where you only have one target - usually the person that plays after you ( think of +2/+4 and skip cards in uno only targeting players that play after you)

right now, we have to treat multiplayer like civ 6 competitive (hear me out) in which there are agreed rules to follow for better gameplay experience

Again, until devs implement this, its best to have matches with players willing to play with house rules
in a real free for all setting without any rules things get a little chaotic and can feel unfair at times praying on the generosities of other players
i can't exactly fault someone for taking a kill shot on me because i mean its a kill, that's how the game is, my issue just stems from being shot at by every player in the lobby
the dev mentioned we are here to break the game, we are the beta testers, we are here not just to find bugs but to find fun

From my experience from the beta is there's no consequence for players taking a long time to make their move or even to pick their items in the box. It can possibly make other player get bored and leave the table. I would suggest have a feature if the turn player isn't moving their mouse in a certain time then the turn player will be killed until the end of the round (like in Yugioh Masterduel ) . And please punish Rage Quitters or make a disconnect indicator beside their name in the high rollers table so that the host can see who are frequently disconnects and kick them ( like in Tekken 7 or 8 matchmaking ). I hope this feedback would put this in consideration.

Maybe an animation that makes the shotgun bounce to the table and back to the middle when you shoot yourself

After playing in multiplayer mode for a certain amount of time, sometimes (it's not clear which player) when it's any player's turn. **The player whose turn it is cannot move the mouse cursor or select anything.**
we can access the game menu by pressing the ESC key, but** we cannot use any function in the game. **When we restart the server, this problem is fixed, but as the round progresses, this error can be repeated again with any player.
For example, this happened to me on the first turn we played, but on the next turn it happened to my other friend at the table.
In particular, we observed that this error usually happens in round II.
Because of this error, we had to abandon the hand and restart the server. For these reasons, we could not finish the game until round III.

awesome thanks, i was thinking for ideas, the money you win in the rounds for the roulette game should be used to buy in game cosmetics, right now it feels unrewarding. you play a few rounds, win the cash but cannot do anything with it. personally that would be a good idea, right now wining rounds/cash feels unrewarding haha xD (i do apologise if this comes off as rude at all, just expression my thoughts)

In colorblind mode a real shot is super white when looking with the magnifying glass. The shot colors are swapped.
When the round starts, the colors are like: white = blank, black = real,
but when you use a magnifying glass, the colors are swapped.

Ok, i have to say this because it's pissing me off, but the specific controls when trying to hit the options is ridiculous and infuriating, the game i hosted messed up and i couldn't be able to figure out the controls, and there was no indication you had to use enter button and arrows to use your items and take items, it took me like 10 minutes to figure it out, and when i tried to leave, it just coudn't no matter what button i pressed i really reckon it should be fixed

I strongly recommend that the turn doesn't go in a sequential order, the turn should pass to the person that are shoot (unless i shoot myself) to evade the common scenario when the first three persons shoot the fourth one and kill him with out the opportunity to respond or play a single turn

When there is 1-1 in the chamber in single player mode if you use the Burner Phone it tell you what the 2nd shell is, whereas in multiplayer in the same situation it says "How Unfortunate..."
Why?... That's stupid.
It's strategy in single player to use Burner Phone in that situation so you can come out on top but in multiplayer they screwed it up and now the way someone plays THE WHOLE GAME is different.

There should be some sort of feature where you can't leave a game once it has started, or if you do there is a penalty. Just played a game where the host got mad that he died so then he just ended the lobby.
Feedback: There is a MASSIVE problem with the game's pacing for the first player who is killed in a 4-player match. He has to wait for way too long to be able to play again.
I suggest a change: When the first player is killed, don't give new items to anyone until all 4 players are alive again.

IM not gonna lie im getting a bit frustrated not cause of Buckshot but of this sever. I feel like the voice chat are not as organized. AND I HAVE TO SAVE I LOVE MY RUSSAN PEOPLE BUT I'm not gonna lie. running into them in regular voice chat is annoying cause i bet half of the people speak English. i just wish the chats were more organized and had tags for every language
Most of the voice channels are user-created and exist until everyone leaves, usually when a lobby gets disbanded. I see that a lot of Russian-speaking voice channels are marked as such, but I guess not everyone is that responsible.
We can't really jump between those temporary voice chats to check which language people are speaking.

Hai hai, just finished my first game of Buckshot Roulette multiplayer and even tho I really like the idea there's a few points I think would bring even more of the charm of the game forward. 1.A bit too much items. For a game that have a default lobby system, I felt like there was enough items to make each decisions obvious and removed the gambling aspect. 2.A timer I think would be nice to have. Not too short as to remove the fun of playing with friend and keeping the tension, but not too long for it to feel like an eternity when playing with randoms. 3.A more minor point, but still one that would had to my experience would be customizable masks or facial traits of your characters. That's it for the first volley of my feedback. Excited to play and experience more of this little game that unlocked so much more fun possibilities with its multiplayer aspects. Keep raving

I think the way it works right now makes sense balance-wise. Keeping your turn for the next loadout is quite strong, and beer is a good enough item as is.
But I do agree that it's not intuitive.

I'm having fun with buckshot's multiplayer but I have not been able to finish a single match as the host always ends up disconnecting at some point, a system in which the lobby is passed to another player or something is really needed. Random matchmaking would be great too, otherwise the concept is really fun.
we found a bug. when using the item that skips another players turn there is a chance the animation and sound will play on a loop while the player is still able to perform other actions like using the shotgun . this will fix itself if the player uses another item

Me and my friends found a bug that soft locked the game in an infinite loop. We had four players, but one left mid turn, resulting in it being my turn. Any shooting regardless of a live or blank wasn't shooting anything, but was a red shell. I could use items but they have no effect. Shooting myself caused an animation bug.

Well, there are a few scenarios that can happen that I won't go over. Long story short, magnifying glass/saw/inverter makes an easy win. The items you have are almost irrelevant but since you have 3 beers, you can guarantee to go to the next round and hope that the rn-jesus is on your side for the next items
i mean if i replace 1 or 2 Beer with Cigs i would be in better position than having to deal with literally nothing.

As the title says I'd like to be able to customize the available items and the amount of items received per round in my lobby. Limiting the number and type of items for giving everyone inverters/phones every round would be fun.

Buckshot Roulette bugs I've found:

Visual bug: If the player saws off the shotgun and then drinks a beer to end the round, the gun regains its barrel and goes to the next player. If the next player shoots someone, it deals 2 damage as if it were sawn-off.

The remote seems bugged in general. I'm not sure how it happened, but I used the remote to change the turn order. Afterward, I still had the shotgun during the item phase. I was forced to shoot someone, which soft-locked the game.
I'll send in more bug reports as I find them. Loving the multiplayer so far!

Colourblind mode should have symbols on the shells instead of changing the opacity, in normal gameplay you can tell that the red ones are live because they're red, just like normal shotgun shells, but without that knowledge they're VERY interchangeable. Confused them a lot during my most recent match, and in the beginning I was going in blind.
Is mike giving people who bought the game on itch.io the key to steam game? I feel scammed when i bought the game and later don't get multiplayer update. Its lame
suggestion: make it so a person can't get shot twice in a row in the first round so dogpiling on the lowest hp guy to get him out wouldn't be as viable and y'know allows the guy who gets shot first to have a chance to play the game

Yesterday I had an idea. An item that blocks an item for another player on the turn. But it turns out that it's the same adrenaline, so he could block two items to two different players. One to one, one to the other. It would be possible to add an item for playing outside the turn, that is, the turn immediately goes to you. But so that it's not too strong, you can do this: when you choose who to shoot at, you can shoot an object at the player's place. When you take off all the lives of an object, you will get it. The life of the item is for all players.
Round Start Player should be random every time, not fixed. I played a couple of games and it felt very unfair that the same guy starts every time. I also think item use should be restricted, people always try to play it safe and drag the round on and on, it doesnt feel like a gamble at all. Also, 1VS1 matches, for a quick game.

I noticed when a player places a beer on the right side of the table it covers their health for the player across from them, causing it to be impossible to see how much they have. Solutions? Sometimes I can't tell if they have 5 health or 2...

hiya! buckshot multiplayer is kickass but I'd like to have the option to limit how many quantites of an item can be available during one round. I had a really drawn out match in which 2 of my pals were playing the waiting game as they got killed early. another friend and me kept getting cigarettes and staying at 3 HP, no one able to knock the other down fast enough to make the match end.

I am certainly not a developer, and definitely not an entrepreneur in this field, but I still have a few recommendations for developers. If your main goal is to popularize the game, to spread it to a larger circle of players - there are options that will help you in this better than others:
- Add to the multiplayer network selection of players (the code system is too inconvenient and limiting).
*I will insert a correction here that I realize that everything I list here will be on a budget. Nevertheless, this is the best option I can see that will bring the game to prosperity. - Add a 1 on 1 multiplayer mode. Yes, I am one of those players who expected multiplayer in this exact format. Since it's the one that involves full disclosure of Mind Games and probability calculations, which is why I love this game. Why doesn't the 4-player mode fulfill these requirements? It's simple - pitting multiple players against a single player (voweled or unvoweled). And this is where my favorite probability calculations and “ outplaying” just becomes meaningless, because even if you calculate the options and do everything perfectly, you have to be VERY lucky so that 2 players who team up don't destroy you in a couple of turns. (the probability of players teaming up against you in a round after you've won is pretty high in practice).
- To attract an audience so that online selection becomes more relevant (without the 10-minute wait), there are several options: lower the cost of the game or make it free of charge. The choice of option depends on the neglected situation and how big the online is. But how can we make money on the game if it becomes free? There is no need to invent a bicycle. Enough to go the way of many free games and add: paid skins, customization of items, purchased music, etc. Look and with the effect of scale capitalization will grow multiples, even if the game will be free.

When entering multiplayer mode, the buttons are not displayed, and it is not known what the error is. The buttons can be pressed, but even then the screen is black. Restarting the computer and checking the files did not help. Most likely this is some kind of bug, because before this I did everything according to the instructions in order for the game to start.
What could this even be and how can I fix it? If so, reinstalling didn't help.
Is this where we can report issues with SP buckshot? There's a MP specific feedback forum channel but not one for SP.
Assuming so, I've consistently had issues trying to exit back to the menu in SP where the screen freezes on the last frame. You can still interact with the game, but you can't see what you're doing.

- Добавить предмет "Верёвка", этот предмет по механике как "Адреналин" то есть вы видите весь стол, этот предмет "Верёвка" используется на 1 игрока, смысл предмета вы связываете этим предметом предметы игрока, и связанные предметы автоматически используются после взятия связанного; то есть вот у игрока есть "Пиво" и "Ножовка", вы используете "Верёвку" на "Ножовку", и на "Пиво" 2 кликами мыши.
Эти предметы связаны, и будет показываться мигающей линией какой предмет с чем связан.
Если игрок захочет использовать "Ножовку", он обрежет дробаш, и сразу же пьет "Пиво", и Игрок не знает какой теперь патрон в патроннике, ну и смысл вы уловили.
С двумя "Веревками" можно сделать подлянку, по типу: "Ножовка" -> "Инвентор" -> "Пиво".
Если игрок использует "Ножовку", то автоматом, "Инвестирует" патрон в другой, и пьет "Пиво".
Ну и "Инвентор" "Пиво" Игрок использовать не может пока не использует "Ножовку", 2 предмета связаны, так что некуда деваться.
Эффект веревки "Пропадает/Рвется" после: "Следующего раунда, когда выдают новые предметы/ВАШЕГО перехода дробовика к следующему игроку, если вы не хотели трогать связанные предметы/Смерти игрока КТО связал вам предметы". - Из игры вырезали "Лекарство" хотелось чтобы его вернули, но забалансировать: Сделать так чтобы "Лекарство" давало ХП 1-3, если не повезло то скип твоего хода.
- Новый предмет в мультиплеере "REMOTE" пульт, его смысл становиться 0 когда остается 2 игрока, то есть друг против друга, этот предмет становиться мусорным, и не дает ничего толкового.
Было бы прикольно когда остается 2 игрока смысл предмета меняется, теперь при его использовании исчезает 1 предмет на выбор игрока, это как "Адреналин", но "REMOTE" просто удаляет предмет. - Добавить предмет "Компас", этот предмет используется в мультиплеере, этот предмет по механике как "Адреналин" то есть вы видите весь стол, и можете заменить предметы у разных игроков поменяв их местами.
Например всего 3 Игрока, и у вас 2 ХП; первый игрок имеет "Ножовку", вы второй игрок имеете "Компас" и "Глушитель", третий игрок "Пиво" "2 Адреналина".
Ход ваш вы используете "Глушитель" мутите 3 игрока чтобы он не походил, "Компасом" меняете предметы у первого "Ножовку" на "Пиво" у третьего, чтобы вас не убили когда ход достанется первому.
3 игрок будет в муте из-за "Глушителя" и воспользоваться сразу "Ножовкой" он не сможет, при этом вы себя обезопасили от смерти.
Важно уточнение "Компас" используется только на врагов так сказать, то есть заменить СВОИ вещи на ЧУЖИЕ вы не можете, это не "Адреналин"!!! Смысл предмета обезопасить себя от возможной смерти, например у ЖИВОГО еще игрока "Компасом" заменить "Глушитель" на "Пиво" у МЕРТВОГО, и чтобы взять этот "Глушитель" у МЕРТВОГО, надо будет использовать "Адреналин" которые не всегда может быть в наличии.
Многовато получилось, но я думаю я еще идей для предметов накидаю, скажите как вам мои предложения?

From a business point of view, it's never good to anger customers. Personally, I would've given each individual who purchased the game on itch.io a code for the Steam version. The customers would be happier and more inclined to purchase Critical Reflexes other titles.

Hey folks, loving Buckshot Roulette! I was shooting the shit earlier with a friend about multiplayer items and wondered about the viability of 'sabotage' items in an almost loony tunes esque way. I think it would be really fun in multiplayer. Some thoughts:
- The ideal item would select another player like the current turn skip item does
- Who is effected should be a secret
- Primary function, to backfire an opponents gun; potentially could effect an item? (like a cig pack)
- Might work best as a "blue shell" item, i.e. is given specifically to players with low health?

Sounds pretty fun, but it would turn obvious when there are 2 players left, and the "blue shell" idea doesn't correlate with the game's idea of "odds" and such, maybe you could sabotage any item, which would remove the "obvious" thing. Otherwise this sounds like a really fun idea!
+1) It's becoming often that I can't pick items from the box during opening with others, and when others are done picking up, I'm still watching the last round I saw/shot menacingly
i had a very similar idea earlier that was a glass pane you could place between yourself and someone else that was invisible while upright

Just wanted to join this server quick and I don't think I saw anyone else mentioning this but for multiplayer matches of Buckshot Roulette when you are playing with 3 or 4 people, the amount of items you get can be a somewhat egregious. An example of this being when you are playing a match with 4 players and items are handed out with a shotgun that is loaded with only two shots. Depending on the items that spawn a player may use up both shots and refresh the shotgun with a new set of 4 items and it still end up on their turn, allowing them to use up several more items on another potential round of 2-3 shots loaded, effectively hamstringing the game. Now I haven't noticed this happen often, nor might this be a problem for more seasoned players, but the amount of items handed out to 3-4 players can really slow down the gameplay to where a player may not get the chance to take a turn for 3 or more minutes in a round. My suggestion would either be to allow for a setting when creating a lobby to configure how many items are handed out to players each reload or to bring the amount down to 2-3 items for multiplayer matches by default.
I'm glad to see that this game finally has a multiplayer now how ever it would be nice to see a couple of things 1. no dis coloration once dead so you can tell the count and follow along once dead. 2. a way to join just through the game. 3. Perhaps make people play one game of the OG single player before playing the online multiplayer

My bad, I may have miscommunicated my point. My complaint was not about the balance of items as I play with friends so even if things are a little unbalanced we can still make fun out of them. My issue was simply with the amount of items given out during each shotgun refresh which I believe is 4 each time. Where in a 3 or 4 player game the time it takes for items to be played and animations to play out a player can wait sometimes several minutes before they get to do anything in the game (this can be exacerbated if their turn gets skipped). While this might be just how things are, it does bring the player out of the game a little and takes away investment which in turn can be a hurdle to keeping people playing the game.
I also only say this because trying to coordinate my friends around to play a game together can be a hassle sometimes and keeping them invested in playing this game by any means is what I want. HAHAHA
BuckShot Roulette. Release is unbalanced. Should let the players to:
choose the amount of rounds up to 7 (instead 3)
let the players (or host) to exclude 1 device (i.e. knife or cigarettes)
let the players to choose amount of HP per round from 1 to 7 (people will choose themselves from 2-4 or 5-7 etc)
all other is fine. Good luck!
An idea for a solo item and for co-op: Grenade and Watch
with the help of a grenade you take away 1 HP for yourself and the dealer. Why? Well, in this way you can equalize the chance of winning, for example, the dealer had 2 HP, it became 1, etc., while sacrificing your HP. You can make it so that with a new round and if someone has 1 HP, the grenade is not given out, like with a hacksaw.
A watch for co-op would be a very interesting and useful item, you could exchange a whole table of items with some player

the game can sometimes softlock if you tab out, i don't have my mouse anymore when i need to grab my items, and has the host, that means i have to leave the match and kick everyone out
I think the plate in the middle should spin with every load, as to really make it feel randomized who gets the shotgun first

Might be a version mismatch. First thing to try would be to exit the game and validate the game's files through Steam. Both of you need to do that.
Also make sure neither of you is still on the beta branch.

Dear developers of the game Buckshot Roulette. I really liked your game and the multiplayer that you created in it! A lot of items for four players is great! But I think I came up with another one. And it's Whiskey! The essence of the item will be that it will be found at the beginning of the game from a box with a certain chance. There is a glitch where it shows that different people have guns in multiplayer mode like in ABC it will show B&C that A has gun but to A it shows B has gun
games last too long, being dead is like an eternity. People complain about "rage quitting", but I am not gonna wait 20 minutes for a single round.
Perhaps speed up the rounds, make being dead more engaging, etc. Lots of ways. Main point being, it's a problem.

it seems like the first slug is always blank in II and III rounds. i've noticed several times people abusing it if they have sawed off shotgun and reverse bullet items on hand
you really gotta find a fix for this, i sometimes need to tab out my game and when i come back i just cannot take my items anymore, wich softlock everybody, forcing me to leave and close the entire game

okay yes, sometimes the mouse cursor just don't take any input anymore, and you can't click, making you softlocked in the game, wich will stuck everyone around the table
i found a bug that appends if a player uses the adrenaline to steal an item but then uses another item, the camera remains stuck to my table and gun also stops apearing in player hands

Hey, I would like to make a suggestion. I like to smoke while playing Buckshot with my friends, and with only one hand free it's very hard to play. It will be very good if, when you're picking the items, there is like a double click function that set the object that you found in the first free space the game found, without having you to select where to place it

Why does the Buckshot Roulette game lobby have 1,000,000,000,000,000,000 potential combinations? It's unnecessarily long. You're never going to have 1 quintillion concurrent games active. Even if the concern is colliding RNG, you should be able to reasonably ensure that no two identical codes are distributed to separate lobbies.
Also, the multiplayer mode on Buckshot feels completely unbalanced. This was one of my primary concerns when it was announced. Especially in a 2 player lobby it's very often the case where one player can easily win the round without the other person even getting a chance to take a turn. I genuinely thought this would be the main points of focus during the development of multiplayer, not animations and character models.
Agreed, ganging up on one player is just the best way to play, one person will inevitably die in seconds without ever getting a turn.
Need a mode with less items for 1v1
Though I expected that to be the case, seems like a game better with friends than as something to play with new people.
should add a quick search button for multiplayer instead of copying codes off discord, and maybe change it so if there is a space after the code it stills detects the lobby, so we can just double click on the code and copy and paste faster
remove the item makes the direction switch makes it easier than it already is to team (in all honesty what were they thinking with this one)

what is the issue? phone telling blank and you shoot a live one?
well the phone tell you "third bullet" from when you use it and not since the beggining (so if 2 bullet are gone and 3 left, and u use phone, the phone will say the 3rd one in the last 3, being the 5th one in the whole round)
you need to start counting the bullet from when you use the phone and not from the beggining, that's how the phone prediction seems to work
oh i see.... sorry... because people argument says, third one mean Bullet number 3 from beginning. now i understand. sorry cause of trouble 🙏
no issues, it's hard to get used to the rule of this item
also keep in mind that the phone cannot predict first and second bullet, so it will just says "how infortunate" when using it with 2 bullets left

As someone who is finding himself dead at the table a lot in Buckshot roulette, I wish there was something else that could occupy my time while waiting for the next round. some kinda stats book showing me how many of what I used or total deaths and how many times I used a blank on myself or something like that, still an AWESOME game regardless!

There should be a penalty administered if afk for to long, I waited almost 5 minutes for someone to take their items, or even going to implement a auto add items system to the table if afk is above set time
I've experienced a delay in my items after I click to get from box and place, but not 5 mins 😦

my game crashed on multiplayer lmao
game keeps crashing either midway during a multiplayer match, right as I click on the box (of items), right as it shows the shells of the shotgun, and mid way of the intro video. It's really difficult starting a match since almost everyone crashes out before it even starts.

Need there to be a skip turn if someone takes more than a minute to do anything(toggleable) , also was having alot of disconnects from connection even though i had no problems with my internet
Add property to adrenaline: If you use it last in your turn and got get shot ONCE (regardless if its double damage), and don´t steal, with 1hp, you resist dying. But You need to use a cigar on your next turn

Alright, so I was in a lobby just now that had 4 players (including myself) that all got on the last round. One of the people disconnected while the box of items was taken out. Me and two other people already had our stuff out of the boxes and the last person didn't which in this case soft locked the entire match to where we had to disconnect. I don't know if this was reported by other people in the past so I'm putting this here

noticed this as well, something to do with resolution or fullscreen settings or something - find where the game stores its saves and remove the one for settings, that's what fixed it for me
"Everything" from voidtools might make it easier to find that folder
