It’s good but very toxic and may not be the most noob friendly. It’s also kinda dead, you can still find matches but there’s not a lot going on so expect to play the same one or two modes over and over.

I’m getting FIFA 22 on my Series X but it’s the Xbox One version, which costs 8.99 while the Series X version cost 20.99 is there a difference that makes the cost difference worth it

Precisely the reason I haven't bought the Series version of GTA 5 yet. It's about 50 dollars more then the XBox One version right now and until they stop supporting GTA Online for the One, it's not worth it to buy the upgrade.

it will be same content on both, because the game is Play Anywhere. you can play on PC and continue on console you will be where you left off

this is what Xbox does now, you buy once and can choose where to play. so you dont have to restart from the beginning if you move to another platform obviously within Xbox's ecosystem

I just bought Hi Fi Rush and MY GOD! I knew it was good but I didn't think it was THIS GOOD!

I'm playing it on my Steam Deck and what's blowing me away is the fact my Deck's haptics are vibrating in beat with the music. It's not a noticable vibration but it's just enough that you feel the beat. My god Tango you guys went above and beyond

Hey, I was just thinking that a very fun/interesting game idea would be a game like Microsoft Flight simulator however based around Oceans, Rivers, Canals, Lakes and seas and the map is solely based around boats.

It is a rendering of the world but only bodies of water and the surrounding area must be rendered making the game storage smaller and taking up less space. This also leaves room for things like better mechanics e.g. The waves and the effect it has on the boats in different conditions such as: stormy, calm, wavy or maybe even partially frozen still bodies of water.

It may also leave open opportunities for events such as a cruise with your friends or missions where you must rescue crew that have fallen overboard. This game can have many possibilities and it can improve the knowledge and understanding of people interested in boats and even people who are not. The vehicles in this game may vary from small sailing dinghies to Powerboats/Speed boats or maybe even larger ships. These boats/vessels can even react differently to the conditions and the tidal effects. This is only an idea but I feel like it could be such a worked game and be so stunning and smooth.

One thing I really do enjoy is being able to use my cell phone app to control my Xbox stuff including using it as a controller. It is mostly people who think numbers matter and have been tricked int o thinking that "60 is the minimum" despite decades of previous video game consoles proving that 60+ is not necessary to have a great game. Not to mention people trying to compare the experience of "kbm+close up computer monitor" to the experience of "controller+further away [usually larger] television" which also makes things feel very different at the same frame rates.

That was 2007. All the games I play now are 60fps. Even Phil Spencer said before the console launched that what people were going to notice is FPS improvements. This is a first party game. First party games need to be the showcases for the console and its advantages. If your first party can’t even take full advantage of a XSX, then what hope do we have when EA or Ubisoft or any of the 3rd parties make games for it. You’re own first party can’t even hit 60fps on a game that doesn’t even look graphically intensive. There’s no excuses

Between the Activision-Blizzard acquisition failing and the negative reception of Redfall has made me realise the writing has been on the wall for some time for Xbox. It seems no matter what happens, they can’t seem to get out of the hole they have dug themselves in to. I can’t help but understand why Xbox fans are leaving the ecosystem, or not buying consoles anymore. With Xbox’s main franchises severely declining and new games being of low quality and failing to display what the Series X is capable of, it’s almost like they are done. Games like Starfield, Avowed and Fable haven’t come out yet, but it’s highly unlikely that they can turn this around, it’s going to take a miracle to turn this situation into a good one.

Yes, there is, but here I notice problems caused in my opinion by a change of course in between. 2019 was the year of GaaS between Anthem and The Division 2, then Arkane tried to do his, seeing the faint made by Anthem and The Division 2 probably gave a change of course that broke the development a bit, then certainly the pandemic did not help but being released 2 years after the end of the pandemic I do not see it as a valid justification.

I've been playing it for a week for the first time and it's still an incredible game today. With a well-kept level design and a feeling of freedom that leaves you amazed. Seeing a blocked elevator requires an advanced hacking ability, (lv4), but giving a damn and going up anyway by making an artificial road with the GLOO-Gun is a lot of stuff, but I could give endless examples, like turning into a cup to pass under obstacles that would require lifting lv4 etc...

Second region of redfall is decent. Still misses the mark but having multiple factions and types of enemies help put some fight. The bugs are still there but it feels a bit different.
The missions are also better than first region, not sure if different teams worked on them.
