I would say if you are only interested in the story of GTA, get that, beat it, and then delete it and put Forza on. But if you want to play GTA Online too, I think it would be better to keep GTA for the long haul

The whole idea was that it was going to have destructible environments based on cloud but didn’t work out in the end. Think it was used to some extent with the multiplayer mode though.

Building damage was calculated and processed in the cloud. Tracking bullet holes, small bits of damage to full physics based collapsing of buildings based on where the damage occured.

Sadly the final version ended up with basic structures that collapsed like a house of cards.
