Hi. New-ish resto druid (stuck around 1.4k-1.5k) and I'm having trouble against fury warrior and ret paladins in particular in 2s. When my teammate gets trained by these teams (I play with whoever signs up in LFG so lots of different classes), my 'burst healing' is Iron Bark > Swiftmend > NS > Regrowth > Rejuv and my teammate usually still dies before Swiftmend comes up again. Am I missing something?

Are you using Cenarion Ward at all?

And do you apply all hots before you do Ironbark in the situation you described? you want to have all hots on the target rolling at pretty much all time. If nothing is happening (low dmg not many CD's being committed) you ALWAYS want to have Lifebloom Rejuvenation, Germination and Adaptive swarm on the target

And when you see them committing dmg you Cenarion Ward, Swiftmend

#

What I usually do is on their opener I come out of stealth, Overgrowth, Adaptive swarm, Cenarion Ward Swiftmend

And then you keep the reju's / Lifebloom rolling

Overgrowth is great cause it's only 1 global and most teams go full Zug Zug in the opener anyways so it's not like you're "wasting" it

Just 1 more thing (in case you're not already doing it), always wait for the cenarion ward to get activated before you swiftmend so you are able to extend it's duration

Yeah or you can look at the duration of the buff. Initially it's a 30 second buff and when it gets activated it becomes a heal over time effect with either 6 or 8 seconds I don't remember

I wouldn't go for entangling roots vs Fury / Ret though unless ret is LOS of his mate vs double dps every global can be the difference between life and death especially in that rating range when your teammate doesn't kite / and or use defensives

Hey all, I'm really struggling with targeting in arena. I want to easily arena target 1-2-3, but I'm totally out of keybinds. I bought a fancy mmo mouse with 12 keys, but it's really hard to click the right ones. Any recommendations? What do you use?

You just have to be super careful as to when in terms of cds because you just know your teammates won't see yuo going for a sip and peel/kite accordingly.

And yeah we do ok against RM if we manage to survive the opener but we had a bad streak last night of playing lots of double dps combos with assassins and it was just stupid. I’d normally counter on the mage during RM opener but the rogue would just cc and one shot before I could get a 2nd or 3rd global. We tried focusing on me waiting for a sepsis dispel and it managed to work one or two times but it felt pretty broken. Not sure if my warrior partner could be doing something better too?

Depending on the enemy comp yes. I believe he does again rogues. He said the sepsis opener leaves him helpless (cc then immediately popping it or if he trinkets he gets hit again with another)…which is why I think he may need to do something different. He also said he just feels like he struggles against rogues with the evasion every 20 secs + disarms leaving him useless
