Also idk if bigdebuffs have it added it since but I also went into the LUA and added Sepsis to bigdebuffs manually and put it in the same category as mindgames and unstable affliction so it’s way more noticeable when the rogue does do it.

But yeah it’s kinda super predictable. If you see the kidney shiv vendetta etc you know the sepsis is probably coming if they have it off CD
