1. Verdancy can proc as long as someone or anything is inside efflo when Lifebloom blooms. Can be a pet.
2. Allies have to be inside Efflo to receive the healing though
3. The Rdruid will always get healed by Verdancy whether or not they're inside Efflo

so no you can't stand in your own efflo and proc verdancy on allies
